DCUO: Rage OP PVP Loadout (2021) 

It’s great all around. It’s tanking is sketchy but amazing damage on pvp and dps. I would definitely recommend this power

Correct. It’s definitely not a easy power to tank with. If learned tho, it can be unstoppable 😁

@@fwlilzay that’s because they changed the game, things are different now. One handed 4 tap hold combo don’t take 1/3 of your health anymore

@@stephencastrosc1 that’s fine I’m glad that it doesn’t hit 10k backflips anymore or martial arts lunge Crit 4-5k. But when I’m the only one that knows how to actually fight and the rest of pvp is either speed hackers on pc or straight up fighting a troll with unlimited shields or some tank. Love with what they did with the pve aspect tho. Hate that pvp is non existent now a days

@@CazDad it's a paid item in your safehouse. That lets you save builds and appearances. Press 1 for dps build, press 2 for support build, press 3 for PvP build etc.
