Dantewada Superintendent of Police (SP) Abhishek Pallava broke down while talking about the death of two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans and a Doordarshan cameraman in Dantewada Naxal attack on Tuesday.

Imagine he was in army. Soldiers would have lost all morale, the entire battalion would have been moved back.😂😂 But now this same guy shouts on common people and challans. He is doing good work but he could use some compassionate voice.

We understand the feelings at this time. But we understand that Policing in this areas needs a complete relook. Police officers has to come from Trainings that of equivallent to Defence officers And not from any exams which elects for Table Jobs, Policing is Defence service not just Office work.
For ur dumb mind...let me tell you police is not a defense force...Police is an investigating force..onl specialized portions of police comes under strike force...Whereas Army is totally a strike force..Have you ever seen army personnel investigating murders...and for your extra dumb mind, let me make it clear that even Army soldiers sacrifice their life in line of duty and that doesn't mean entire training need an overhaul and you yourself will train army men..
It's sad that our CAPF's and police are less trained and driven than Naxalis. There is one anecdote from a journalist Rahul pandita who documented naxal's life in his book "hello bastar" Naxals light firecrackers whenever there is a police party patrolling. Our forces are so jumpy under fire that they dump all their ammo in the direction of firecrackers without seeing any target. When the police are exhausting their ammo the naxals take up positions and accurately pick up troops with a fraction of ammo compared to police.
Imagine a jungle where a naxal group is setting traps and mines from years, they know every route it’s like going in their home. They are fully weaponised and they know from where you will come Now imagine a police/army troupe from other state going for a mission there, they are basically inside a trap they live constantly inside a trap plus they can’t distinguish between local villagers and naxals. Naxal have many more advantages Never disrespect people who died for us, no matter what the situation.
@@praveenjoshi4232This is why half knowledge is bad. 1) You need a counter force which is as familiar with this area as the naxals are to be successful. And guess what? This is not some new revolutionary idea... The army has been doing this in kashmir in the form of a permanent counter insurgency force called ' Rashtriya rifles'. Where people from all arms depute to RR for some years, but the organization stays in Kashmir building expertise, intelligence and evolving tactics. So this is more of an organisational defect of the CRPF/ state police which they need to fix. 2)When naxals went into those jungles from then Andhra pradesh in 1980's , they were as clueless about the local situation as anyone outside these areas, they didn't know the gondi language, locals didn't trust them and were not familiar with the jungles. But slowly and steadily they built up their strength and knowledge about this place 3)Now regarding the training, it was the CI force of Andhra pradesh state 'Greyhounds' who have actually developed successful tactics and strategies against the naxal problem and they are the one's who practically eradicated this problem from northern Andhrapradesh. So it's clear that things can be improved. And these organisational, training and morale problems are not my inventions these are well documented by government reports and CAPF's own officers. Criticizing organizations and their work wanting them to improve is not disrespectful but it is borne out of concern. Grow out of this simplistic defensive mindset!! You know what is actually disrespectful? Our governments, sending these forces with little knowledge, inadequate equipment and training, which actually endangers their life. Improving this aspect will actually save the lives of our soldiers rather than being defensive about it.
