When you said the difference is enormous I felt that on a spiritual level seeing as how I’m STILL getting wrecked even with a full suite of fully upgraded Chaos II gear. It feel like my shots aren’t hitting as hard. Like I’m tickling the monsters of something. I KNOW I’m doing something wrong but I can’t put my finger on it.
@@danielisle2542 I actually got hella lucky and pulled Destruction earlier. Maxed that out. Rn my Earthshatter Tower has Defense Rate, Destruction and I couldn’t get my hands on Earth Toss so I’m rocking Deadly Strikes maxed as well. My Earthshatter Medallion is above 7K and my PDT is also above 7K. I’m rocking the Infernal Combuster upgraded to Chaos 2 at 3K. Maybe it’s my weapon? My Towers and Walls do very well. It’s me that’s falling behind ironically.
@@somnus7959 Well, there’s your problem! You’re using PDT vs geodes. Earth shatter is fine to use. But, put away that PDT and put those shards and medallion on a trap/aura/node
@@danielisle2542 Uh? PDTs and Earthshatter combo into Petrify, which should be good in Chaos II since those annoying Cyborks can disable them. OH……. As long as the Aura kills them quick enough I should be okay? Is that what you’re saying?
@@somnus7959 That’s a great combo for C2. But, NOT for C3. Did you NOT watch Juicebags’ Video? C3 has geodes, which will reflect all projectile attacks. Depending on how they are placed and where the core is, your PDT could be destroying the core…. And even your hero if you’re nearby the geode. That’s why PDT (and all other projectiles) are a no go for c3. If you want petrify, find an earth servo and put it on huntress defense #1. But, since you’re still progressing, don’t worry about the petty combo. Throw down any trap/auto/node with the medallion/shards you’re using on the PDT.
Cannon ogre is serious business! That’s why I get a reflect ability pet and put it in my squire. Provoke, block, pet ability and BAM! And cannon ogre blasts himself!
@@MrJuicebags True. But, some will be gifted from the RNG gods with the shield pet ability, whether fire, poison or storm (or is it called shock shield?)
