❤This engine is perfect for 3/4 and 1 ton pickups. why would you need anything more. Ease of maintenance, good fuel economy. I love it. Oh yeah engine brake option! RV towing. Yes! GM needs to rethink that 3.0 six cylinder into something smart like the DD5. They could also use it in their medium duty vocational trucks.
Can you share any more driving impressions of this power plant? How much weight was in the box during the demonstration? Which Allison transmission is behind the DD5? Which axle ratio does it perform the best with? In the market for a C2 Chassis and trying to find out more information on this motor. Thanks!
