EWS wale common area ki maintenance pay nahi karenge, 36L me Dwarka jese expensive area me ghar bhi lenge or fir MIG LIG Walo ki free me amenities bhi use karenge. Or inme se adhe Fake EWS certificate banva ke ghar lere hain. Inhe isi baat ki aag lagri hai ki humne toh socha tha EWS ke rate pe baki sab kuch bhi mil jayega ab nahi milra toh kya kare

अरे अगर EWS वाले मेंटेनेंस नही देते तो तो दिल्ली के LG साहब को बोलो की इन लोगो से मेंटेनेंस लो। दूसरा जब तू MIG या LIG ले रहा था तो तुझे ये ध्यान देना चाहिए था कि यहां तो EWS वाले भी है तो तुझे नही लेना चाहिए था। तूने क्यों लिया? तूने इसलिए लिया कि इस से बडा लेने कि तेरी औकात नही थी। EWS वाले अपनी जगह बिलकुल ठीक है। ये कोई IAS या IPS करवा रहा होगा। जिसका रिश्तेदार DDA में अधिकारी होगा। जिसका ये काम है। EWS वाले LG से इस बात की शिकायत करें। DDA पर केस करे इस इल्लीगल कंस्ट्रक्शन के लिए। और अगर DDA फिर भी DDA नही मानती तो DDA से अपना पूरा पैसा ब्याज सहित लेने के लिए भी कोर्ट केस के बारे में सोचे। तुम लोगों को एक होके काम करना पड़ेगा।

*Plz show the views of MIG & LIG flats owners as well* . *It's a DDA planning failure* . MIG/LIG flats ke saath EWS flats banane nahi chaiye. Yeh toh Delhi hai tabhi EWS wale bhi highly educated lag rahe hai but boundary banana galat hai. Illegal. Croro k flats lene nahi chaiye the MIG/LIG flats walo ko, surrounding mai bhi unauthorized colony hai, campus mai EWS flats hai. 😢😢

Unneccesry people are blaming MIG LIG allotees, people are concerned about their 36 lakh, but what about people paid 1.5 crore!. Plinth area is inclusive of parking, park and open area since open area is built on covered parking and covered parking is only offered to LIG/MIG. People want to use what they have not paid for! It's DDA who has authority to do the fencing, please don't fight and have missconception about each other!

Who told you that MIG and LIG people have only paid for common area? Both LIG and MIG have paid for 32000 sqm common area and EWS have paid for 28000 sqm common area. They have almost paid for equal area.

Please question DDA, not me! 19B partition still stands tall, go and remove it as well. It's done for a purpose, so that people later don't intervene in each other's parking space! Seems you are in favour of the encroaching parking area!

It's not about blaming anyone but if people were not ready to share the space I am wondering why they bought this space for this hefty price, both the categories paid the heavy amount per their pockets and this was DDA who actually supported this unethical and yes you are write if anyone who is answerable is only DDA. But the point here is earlier they said this is common space and now this fencing such actions create social segregation and perpetuate inequality, contradicting the principles of fair housing and community integration. Homebuyers of EWS category also deserve transparency and honesty about the environment they're investing in, not artificial barriers that foster division. DDA should prioritize inclusivity and transparency in their projects to promote a more harmonious and equitable living environment for all residents. Also DDA is talking about the world class infrastructure wherein they are allocating only one main gate for more than 1000 flats. Yes no individual is answerable only DDA is responsible for this injustice. This is not at all acceptable.

No, wrong, in Delhi MPD 21 this 50% rule is there. In MPD-41 no such rules. Basically people want rules of mpd21 but benefits of mpd41, hypocrisy know thy name (HIG owners).

Partition Krna tha to phle Krna tha DDA ko, many prospective buyers don't buy flat here because they don't want to live with EWS flats in same premises and they don't book flats, and those who have booked know what they got...if fencing happen then this is cheating with those prospective buyers who didn't book flat here because there is no fencing at that time

EWS owners have paid a mere amount of 36 lakhs, vahin pe luxury ke naam pe MIG walo ne bidding me 1.7-1.8 crores tak diye hain. Kal ko yahi EWS wale fir parking space me apni cars bhi lagane lagenge or bolenge hum bhi do space humara bhi toh ghar hai yahan fir LIG or MIG wale kahan jayenge. Koi mazzak hai kya. DDA ki koi bhi purani society dekh lo vahan har jagah jhagda hota hai parking ka kyunki fir ese hi log ladai karke dusro ki parking le lete hai. Pay kar re ho EWS ka rate or sari amenities chahiye LIG MIG ki. Chalu toh hain ye sab ke sab. Dwarka jesi expensive jagah pe ghar bhi chahiye 36L me or fir free ki amenities bhi

I suggest arguments to be on Fire or Earthquake evacuations available for the entire complex. Single exit will be a bottleneck in case of any emergency situation. Park, Parking, Who paid how much will be of little help as Safety of the residents is paramount in any high density project. 1008 EWS will have estimated 4000 residents similar or more to the total dwellings in LIG/MIG so all need to focus on safety aspect and get it addressed appropriately.

सेंट्रल ग्रीन पार्क तो पार्किंग का रूफटॉप है तो जिसको पार्किंग आवंटित हुई है उसी को उसके रूफटॉप को use करने का भी अधिकार होगा, EWS वाले पार्किंग के रूफटॉप पर अपना अनाधिकृत कब्जा दिखाना चाहते हैं जो कि असंवैधानिक है। कृपया ईडब्ल्यूएस वाले इस पर विचार करें एवं निर्णय लें।

As per policy, if reserved category flats go unsold in first phase, then flats will be sold as normal flats in p2 and p3

The policy is that if a sufficient number of applications are not received from the reserved category on a particular flat type then the flats would be converted. Now this policy does not make sense in e auction process and is only logical in draw format. Also, no data has been provided about how many applications they got from the reserved category .

@@DeepakPandeywow I even raised this issue when the brochure was launched but no one helped me. Just a few handful of flats were there in the reserved category and that too were converted to general shows they don't have good intentions to provide flats to the reserved category

Only 40% flats of reserved category got by reserved category people in 1st phase. Rest 60 % flats converted to general category in 2nd phase

But why involve MIG LIG, DDA installing the soft fencing not LIG MIG. Does anyone have authority to install or uninstall fencing other then DDA! If EWS can't come this side after fencing then MIG LIG also can't go to the other side.. Right?

Is video ke madhyaam se logo ke dwara sirf one sided misconceptions failaye jaa rhe hai aur pure issue ko garib ve ameer banane ki koshish ho rhi hai, but mudda yeh nhi hai. 1. Yeh pura galat hai ki saare LIG/MIG walle EWS wallo se nafrat karte hai. Being owner of one flat i can say of myself that we also are middle class hard working persons who had invested there hard earned money just like you. We must work to ensure peaceful and harmonised enviornment in our locality. 2. Sab log bol rhe hai ki DDA ne apne plans mein kahi bhi boundary wall ka nhi bataya, yeh puri tareh se galat hai, Layout plan (numbering plan) mein clearly banayi hui hai. 3. EWS people are demanding same amenties like others, but whether they are willing to give same amount of maintaince charges for this and corpus fund????? 4. And there was no provision of parking for EWS, and we knows that most of household have car these days. And there are not enough car parking space for them ,so how wud they ensure ki koi EWS walla car park nhi karega, aur is baare mein roj roj ladai nhi hogi, do they have suggestion in this regard 5. With regard of entry gates, we can always make new one after taking due permissions if required. 6. With refard to waste dumping, yha pr ek misconception hai, dump dono side proposed hai. Finally i wud appeal to DDA to file police case against the people who had forcibbly stopped the work of fencing as th case of obstructing govt. servant in discharge of his official duties. And an request to sooo called media persons to not to present only one side of story.

Which DDA brochure you are looking, please share the same with everyone because the DDA brochure we are looking in has no such dividing proposal. According to your point no 5 why there is a need for an extra gate if all is going with the plan.

In the brochure also, black colour lines are drawn showing boundary where DDA was erecting wall, pls zoom in the brochure at same place and see. In regard of gate, I said if we all agreed we can take permissions and find a solution.

DDA fault, they should clear the confusion. Jab MIG/LIG flats dekhne gaye the so DDA representative said ki EWS ke beech main boundary wall aa jayegi jabki brochure main aisa kuch nahi likha hain. Even sector 19 main bhi EWS hain jaha HIG flats 3 CR+ main kharide hain and waha bhi same question tha ki EWS kya facilities share karega and they said ki nahi. It is not about descrimination like one lady said, it is about getting value for money. Resources are limited and people spent money based on assurance by DDA official. DDA failed their responsibility by being ambiguous.

याह ईडब्लूएस का फ्लैट दिया गया है उन्हें, मुझे यह बोल कर दिया गया है कि जो वास्तविक फ्लैट की कीमत है वह 900000 रुपये है जो हमसे पैसे लिया गया है वह लगभग सब मिलकर 38 लाख ले रहे हैं हां कॉमन एरिया भी है कम्युनिटी सेंटर भी है और जहां तक है उसने अलग पार्किंग भी लोगों ने बनाई है

it's mean dda and government ye kehti hai ki ews wale insaan nahi janwar hai. kaha gai kejriwal ki government jo kehti hai ki hum aam admi ki party hai. and hig wale government ki high post par bethkar ye karwa rahe hai. it's mean wo is post ke layak hi nahi hai unhe unki naukri se government ko nikal dena chahiye. jyada hi amir hai to apna ek bunglow lekar akele jakar reh le.

Aap beemar hain, aapko journalist ki spelling b nahi aati h.. to ye Maan sakte Hain ke aap zayada phade likhe b nahi h.. Lakin 4 paise kama lene se kisi aur ko kabhi neecha mat samajiye.
