Just warming up and trying out the new snare drum...
So this past weekend I went to see a friend play in a percussion charity show and they had a drum circle with hand drums, drumsets, small clinics, and drumline performances....well, they put a snare, bass, and hi hat on the stage and had people pay to sign up and we were told to play 60 seconds of the Phattest groove and then be judged and the winner got the snare drum and a pair of sticks. So i got up there and laid down a little groove and it won me this snare drum and those sticks!
