It's been out for a while; it was part of the Ichika Mix-up event from late 2022. So, over a year now. Now that they've finally commuted the songs from that event to Extra Savior, they decided to release the Challenge Charts for this song. Which it kind of leaked beforehand that they were going to be rated lv. 19.

@@tre8295 i don't think they're getting ready for a 20. I think 19 is as high as it'll ever get; it's an uncapped rating, meaning anything goes. If anything, I think they're just trying to normalize 19s, since not very many exist in the game to begin with.
