> Pyschodelic background like old times > The DDR machine > Background sirens playing > Mines spinning around > 0:44 Old times flashback > "I'm so impressed I could cry. Thank you very much for your best dance!" (Then, unexpected arrows) Man, i seriously thought that my favorite ones were Rebirth and Evolution, but i totally changed my mind, this is really my favorite. Even these songs are hard as hell, i love to hear them.
KCET were always my favorite along with MAX. But this is also the best Paranoia mix in recent memory. It's step chart is the most brutal though along with Valkyrie Dimension.
I really love the nostalgic factor in this song, especially the part at 0:50, with the “select game mode, select music...” Great tribute to one of the best series of songs in the game. And also my favorite game ever.
What makes me sad is that this is the last song in the PARANOiA series. This is because Naoki Maeda, also known as "NAOKI" or "AMD", left Konami in 2013. So we had no more songs from this series along with TRIP MACHINE.
YES I agree with you, but let's admit Naoki ended with a flourish, Paranoia is part of the history of DDR and making a version with the name "Revolution" making it the hardest version among all the other versions was simply epic, a farewell to honor
@@kyrosgallade True. Naoki's last original PARANOiA song was PARANOIA survivor max, while the composition was credited to him in this song, the actual maker/composer/remixer/arranger of this song is indeed TAG.
This song feels like it was meant to be the final official PARANOiA song, similar to MAX. (period). MAX. and PARANOiA Revolution both have that scene at 0:44, but MAX.'s part is different.
I had no idea about this, but this ENTIRE song is mapped from other popular songs. There's actually a video that shows every reference to past song mapping like Max 300, Drop Out, Time Machine, etc. It's crazy
It's funny too considering that this song was released in X3 vs. 2nd mix which basically lets you play 2nd mix along with it being the mode where paranoia revolution is available
"Select game mode!" "Select music!" "Let's heat it up with this number! "Ready? Ok, Here we go!" Even if I hate Konami of today, it obvious that passion was put into this song. The tribute to the ddr of the past was a beatiful touch and my heart melts every time I hear this song.
I hope the non-DDR mainers pick up the slack, especially back then, Arcade DDR was: NAOKI/U1/BeForU/jun/SOTA/Shoichiro Hirata (buried in the IIDX depth chart)
i live in mexico, we dont have DRR u love this song. i only can imagine how much this song meaning for all dancers it the best rhythm song ever. I love the part when chose the song. i am cry and never play this song.
I love this kind of a nostalgic tribute concept for a rhythm game. I don't ever think any other rhythm game does this kind of a thing besides beatmania IIDX and DDR.
@@PunYT They actually did used to have edit files be transferrable from USB back from the X to X3 VS 2ndMIX days. I wonder why they stopped making you able to play edit files from USB nowadays.
/songvote ddr 'PARANOiA Revolution' 'Harder difficulty, and also sounds much nicer' Chloekaban voted for PARANOiA Revolution for the reason: Harder difficulty, and also sounds much nicer.
