Hi, loan for what? For DDS and masters you will get if you have an under-signee (someone who has PR or citizenship) . For the process of getting into DDS or masters you don't get loan.

Ma'am I am an Indian Citizen. I wanted to think about DDS but I do not have any relatives in USA for a Co-Sign a loan. Is there any option for a Scholarship? Or any other way to finance my journey?

Lets say GPA will come out pretty low after evaluation, they won't allow or approve me for the INBDE test. Do you think it's a possibility? If yes, how much may be a bare minimum?

You can give iNBDE no criteria of gpa for giving it. While checking your profile the universities might reject if the GPA is low.

How much GPA does the university accept sir?

Less than 3 very difficult to get in. Above 4 is great. 3-4 is okay. Some universities directly have GPA as cut off others take the resume and assess the overall resume.
