Chris Haynes: regarding the Cowbells, I think this is how it went down. ARCO ARENA was surrounded by cow fields. An opposing player, I think a Laker back in early 2000s... made a dig about playing in the middle of a cow field when he came to Sacramento. The next time that player came to town, a couple of fans brought cowbells. And it grew from there...
Sorry dude. Agree to disagree. Arco used to be surrounded by nothing but green grass in 1989. Maybe there weren't hundred of cows, but, there were a few, and nothing but green grass on all 4 sides.
@@cardmag7798 sadly, I remember that night. Bobby didn't have a seat belt on. I believe there was much talk about that... but one policeman told me that it is possible that NOT having a seatbelt may have saved his life.
@John Bencomoyou hide behind the anonymity of the internet, and call people names even as you don't know them... and for no real reason. And you are calling me the dumbass? Take a look in the mirror...
great interview he is very impressive on the court this year needs to get stronger and more consistent with his jumpshot but I definitely see a future all star in him
Actually, it started when during the rivalry between that Lakers and Kings, Phil Jackson called Sacramento a "Cow town", and the people responded with bring cowbells and sitting behind the lakers bench and making them deaf.
