Honestly, my budget has de-influenced me more than anything else 🤣 I'm also a person who waits for sometimes months before buying something. I'll totally wait until no one is talking about a product and it's back in stock everywhere, THEN i might buy it if i still think it's good for me 🙂 but if you wait long enough someone will dupe it. Love the video Jessica!! Love that you included your recommendations as well. Omg I relate so hard with the ear infection story! My son has the same problem, was battling an ear infection every month for the first 6 months of school (he’s in kindergarten) and has been on and off antibiotics the entire time. We switched pediatricians because he just kept prescribing antibiotics and never recommended us to see an ENT. Our ENT said he should have his tonsils and adenoids removed, interesting he decided to not do tubes instead. Hope you all get the much needed rest and your little one heals quickly! 💛💛

I do like the Too Faced chocolate bronzer. It smells great too! I also agree with the ULTA Everyday Neutrals palette. It is a “go to” for me. I bought the bronze one for my daughter as well who runs warmer.

I love that ULTA blush! I’ve tried a few colors and they’re all so great. It’s been one of my favorite liquid blushes for a while. I don’t wear foundation either, so it leave a cute sunkissed look. Obsessed.

I like this approach. It probably should not be just a trend. I believe it’s something that should be happening more in the influencing world. We have so many options available to us now at the make up counters. Many high-end brands are coming out with so-called inventive but expensive products. I need to know I can find something comparable before I’m like a fool spending money on things that I won’t reach for and kick myself for buying later.

You also have to take recommendations with a grain of salt, everyone has different skin texture so what works for one doesn’t work for the other. I think for pricier products maybe go in store to test it out before buying,

I appreciate the alternative options you give because sometimes I think I’ll have better luck with the higher end products and was going to try that first, but this helps me to try the cheaper or better versions of a product I was gonna buy anyway. I love that too faced bronzer! I wish more people would talk about it. Definitely beautiful packaging, and I love how it applies. It’s one of like 2-3 bronzers I own…not a bronzer girl as a general rule, so I’m picky.

My youngest child had chronic ear infections until we put tubes in. It was a game changer! So glad Felicity is doing well. I love the Sephora foundation but I picked up the wrong color. I need to go back and try a lighter shade. Great video!

I’m so glad Felicity got her tubes! My son had them at 2 and again at 4. He is allergic to augmentin, so our problem was they couldn’t give him soooo many antibiotics. He also ended up with tonsils out before 3. All of these things helped so much, and I know it’ll help your little sweetie, too. Has her hearing been affected? My son’s was, but it all eventually worked itself out, thank goodness!

Aww how sweet felicity got her ears feeling better.my son has autism and he's nonverbal so for him he has had to be put under multiple time to do the surgery it's so scary especially for the kids i would imagine but,necessary for these sweet kiddos so glad everything went well.ok sorry for the storytime but love ur guys blogs and videos thank you for you time and sharing ur life with us ❤️

I freaking love that makeup by Mario bronzer stick! I use the brush on the end of it to blend it in. BUT I don’t usually wear foundation so I’m generally not concerned about it moving anything around.

Jess honey I literally have gone years without me wearing make up because I was so terrified of buying the wrong thing but at the same time honesty is the best policy and all of us whether we say it or not prefer it over being lied to! For example, I went into JCPenney’s through the mall and ended up getting some make up and during that process the person that was helping me was very honest about not only their selection but what works and what doesn’t!!!😊 you not doing anything wrong for hitting the trends right now!

Hi Jessica I love my Dior cool neutrals palette, but I'm 51 and super pale skinned. It's not going to give pow pigment and very metallic shimmers like ND or Viseart etc, but that's why I like it for a soft everyday look. The shimmers are more of a satin and the mattes are soft/buildable in my palette (plus the eye primer is actually decent and works). I'm 51 and have textured lids, so highly pigmented shadows can take a LOT of blending and pow shimmers can really show texture (depending on the formula). This is easy to blend for me and quick to create a very soft daytime appropriate eye look - I use it a lot. I love Viseart shadows and I enjoy ND, but they take a lot more work to blend for me due to being really pigmented. It really depends on what you're looking for from a palette tbh and I'm happy with mine (it's in my everyday makeup stash). I'm sorry you didn't like it and perhaps there is an issue with quality control I'm unaware of, but I find most of the positive reviews are from more mature creators for the Dior palettes and that may be the difference. Hi Jess, love this video! A while back I bought one of those Dior palettes because I thought the colors were beautiful (cool neutrals). Well, I agree with you, so not impressed. I never returned it (much to my regret!) as I thought I could keep trying to work with it. Nope. Oh, well. Anyway, a while back I did go on Amazon and purchased the Paw Paw sponges based on your recommendation. I absolutely LOVE them! I just can’t see buying one sponge for $20. These are wonderful!
