For anyone here who wasn't around during oscar's career, just know that oscar de la hoya was GROSSLY OVERRATED. He was the typical weight bully whose biggest wins were against much smaller and much older guys. He LOST most of his big fights. He was just popular because American media ALWAYS over hype American boxers. In order to cater to (and get clicks and views from) their American audience.
