Sir, 3 day ssb procedure is much better than 5 day ssb procedure in many ways... It will be really helpful in many ways if it is implemented....hope it is implemented soon
This system should be implemented because the period of generational change has shrunk and type of aspirants now changes dramatically within a decade, unlike earlier. The post 1990 generation is a post globalisation generation , whose analytical and cognitive abilities have gone up. The level of intellectual propensity is different ,so are their expectations, not to forget the changes in the value system ...... And formal education is not as important for a military officer of the future as the ability to adapt ,learn , physical strength....... it should be implemented from 2021 ......

Sir in my 10th and 12th board certificate my father name is DHARM SINGH where as in adhar card it is DHARAM SINGH , so will it create some issues during ssb or not ......
