When they started the band, Jimmie was singing live in every concert, but his voice is completelly pissed right now. Pontus is a great LIVE singer (and of course, in studio) but I think that the best singer of the band is still Jimmie (on the albums) And they sing better in acoustics because they change the tunning of the song so they could reach the high notes! anyway, this band is awesome :)
this band fucking RULES in my own opinion so much better then the bfmv and alot of metal bands that just dont have that feeling in their songs like this band has its awesome music this is the shit that i can look at when im old and constantly listen to and never get tired of them haha i love all their music awesome video :D
Zandro has sang this song better than this live recently ^^ give him some credit, he said somewhere in an interview that he packed in singing for a while, until he joined Dead By April. Pontus chose Zandro because he'd worked with him in the past, and he liked his voice. So give Zandro some time, cos he will improve, he already has! Not easy for someone who packed in singing to suddenly start touring and singing songs that currently too high for him :P
its super hard to sing live with your nerves are going crazy from the crowd and your throat constricts to tight for you to be able to talk without your voice quivering.. you guys no nothing about how hard it is to sing live while also trying to put on a good show... zandro and jimmie are both awesome singers if you hear them in acoustic performances and studio sessions
Because Jimmy can't sing, and I know this because his screamin' / singing teacher actually told me - He can sing the parts for this song, but he actually can't push notes at all, this is really practiced for, but normally he isn't tone sure at all :o I didn't believe it but it actually does make sense, we only see the parts where he actually can sing, but overall he isn't sure enough to be sining full time, besides I don't think he wants to :)
Why not??? I can! It's not that hard if you know how to scream and control your voice without damaging your throat and vocal chords. I'm sure he took some singing lessons when he was young.

***** i am not sure if its playback or not. jimmie can sing. but his screams are not so strong like his vocals so it could be sounds like it was playback but iam not sure. but zandro cant sing their stuff. he is actually a good singer but not for dba
yeah those specific cleans sound a bit too perfect if you ask me [and actually, right around 3mins in, you can see Jimmy forgets its his turn and quickly tries to recover but its too late]
i dont like this zandro guy,i mean the band doesnt really need him,Pontus is clearly a better singer than him and he also does all the song writing,jimmie can still do half the singing plus the growling, what was the band thinking when they got zandro as singer or even as a permanet member,they were looking for a guitar player not a singer
Wow, I haven't listened to these guys in I think a couple years, and I remember they're pretty good. But that new (?) vocalist in the video is bloody awful.
