It's actually a damn fine map. Great aesthetic. Not too cluttered or heavily survivor-sided like many newer maps. I'm really enjoying it!

I’m really sick and tired of these trash killer players ruining this once great game. All they do is camp and tunnel, it’s so pathetic. I’m also tired of the devs overtuning killers and making the game unplayable for us survivors. Quit the game for good.

Admittedly I was scared the nostromo would be an indoor map. But it beeing an indoor outdoor hybrid AND having tons of secrets like the room, jumpscare and a map feature in the freezing pipes is amazing. Thank you for this chapter ❤

@@zvra I've played it many times both on survivor and multiple killers and I haven't felt an imbalance in anything yet. Imo the size is less important than how many ways there are in the map to outplay the other role, and I think that amount was done very well

Agreed. There should be also an airlock room that allows killers/survivors get tossed into outer space (instant kill). But that room is a dead end and only I experienced players would lose this way.

Remember: This isn't canon lore, as the Nostromo was completely destroyed in the events of Alien 1, only the shuttle made it out in the movie. This version of the Nostromo wreck and the Shuttle, laying on LV-426 was created by the Entitity and does only exist in DBD. And as a huge Alien fan i have to say... Pretty good job with this chapter, thank you!

No, the reveal trailer showed only the spaceship, and when I checked the ptb out 30 minutes later I was disappointed. Indoor maps have a bad rep but if they’re done correctly, they can be a lot of fun.

I think mixing the Nostromo with the planet LV-426 was a brilliant move. Two iconic settings in one. No claustrophobic indoor map.

Honestly might be one of my new favorites. Lots of open spaces for killers like Deathslinger and Huntress, while also having close-quarters areas for ambushes and traps like the Dredge, Legion, or Trapper.

I have an idea about a skin for the Clown. You know the World War One story “attack of the dead men”? Put the clown in a Russian uniform of that time,cover him in chemical burns from the gas the soldiers were attacked with, wrap his face with cloth and cover it in blood, add a stab wound to his stomach area and give him an old bayonet to use as a weapon.

they should've, instead of the wreckage, made an actual ship just cruising through space, with the exit doors leading to escape pods, windows for seeing the void outside the ship and such... could've been amazing, but the easter eggs and sky view of the map are awesome as well!

I love the map. A lot of really cool Easter eggs and a bunch of cool features like being both indoor and outdoor. I do think a lot of the pallets are pretty weak, but I’d take that over another rpd.

My theory is that the entity destroyed all the eggs because it doesn't want there to be more than 1 zenomorph. The eggs in the medbay are destroyed, and you can find more eggs that have been destroyed in the corners of the zenomorph tunnels

I don’t know if I am missing some DBD lore or something, but I don’t get why the Xenomorph sticks the survivors on hooks, in everything I have heard and seen regarding them, they are basically predatory creatures that hunt prey to eat them, why would they just dangle, what they see as food, on a hook and not just up and eat them

I am late on comments but I have a very good idea that was brought to my attention about killer campers. The update holds a way for survivors to unhook themselves but the killer will feel its easier to hook same survivor if they can camp and they unhook themselves he can knock them and hook again Faster way to get rid of a survivor. But A friend told me that they ha e bots in game now so why Don't they just DC the killer camper and spawn in a killer bot. This would surely get rid of camping. Please pass this along.

hey behavior could you patch the hatch’s because they are annoying because people who are the last survivor don’t deserve it because they survivors do nothing but wait until they are the last survivors they should have to turn on gens before being able to escape to the hatch
