Fun fact: Dredge and Skull Merchant are the only killers in the entire game who can change their attack and clean animations by equipping different weapons. Dredge has 2 types of animations, and SM has 3 types. I wish they were also shown here btw

Such a shame they removed some of the unique camera angles on Killer POV like Bubba or Pyramid head. They used to look so different and immersive.

Btw Oni has 2 other clean animations one for if you have max blood and a second in you m1 with the kanabo with nemesis also having a second “clean animation” where he just yells

I think Knights has to be my favorite. The foley of the scraping metal on the sword rumbles my ears in a way that is satisfying and yet gritty and uncomfortable. In addition, it shows his character through very subtle gestures and queues. His form when cleaning his blade, firm, smooth, emanating this professional air to the way he cleans his blade. It gives off the idea that rather than doing this out of a sick desire for blood (which to be fair he does), but as intimidation tactic. He is a warrior who knows his weapon, and he wants you to know he does. There is much more I could say but this comment is way too long for a 5 second animation lol

Dude this game gives me paranoia like what if someone is sick or has like stds or sum that can be passed by touching someone’s blood. Like an infected survivor and a clean survivor gets hooked on the same hook. Idk but this game is messy asf. Like idk I find that more cruel than moris😂

Funfact: The Cleananimation from Danny/Ghostface is a lil Hommage to Scream. BUT Ghostface from DbD is NOT the Ghostface from Scream. It's just the outfit. It also makes sense...because: We would also have Woodsboro as a new map and Sidney Prescott as Survivor~>so a Scream Chapter and Ghostface are many people in the movies But in DbD he has a specific story.

Thats a nice video! but dont forget that Oni has 3 "Clean" weapon animations One from healthy survivors (absorb blood) One from injured survivors (Shakes sword) and one from a basic m1 on blood fury

Not sure this is important but Oni has three animations of clean swipes. One when a survivor is healthy, one when a survivor is down, and one when the Oni is m1ing in his power (not the hard knockdown)
