Tiffany was the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray, the notorious Lakeshore Strangler, and shared a similar attraction to death and murder.
She spent ten years searching for Charles after he had transferred his soul into the Good Guy doll and eventually bribed a cop to steal the doll's remains from an evidence vault.
Bringing Chucky home with her, Tiffany managed to sew him back together and eventually successfully resurrects him.
