Hi my lil flecks of powedered sugar!!
I hope that y'all are having just the most wonderful December!!
I thought it would be fun to share my fool-proof #chocolate crinkle #cookie #recipe with you!!! Add these to any cookie tin, or bring them along to any party. They're literally perfect and everyone is going to be so impressed :)
| Chocolate Crinkle Cookies |
1 ½ cups of AP Flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp of cornstarch
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 tsp. of teaspoon salt
1 tsp. of instat espresso powder (totally optional, just makes the cocoa flavor pop!)
1 stick stick or ½ cup of unsalted, room temp butter
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar
1/2 cup of packed brown sugar (light or dark doesn’t matter)
1 large egg also at room temp (it incorporates better that way)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
½ - ¾ cup of mini and regular sized chocolate chip (you can do one, or both, or none. Never cared! I just think they’re cute!)
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of granulated white sugar
