I actually made this with painttool sai on my laptop and yes I do think it is possible lol.. i dont own any apple products but there's an animation app that's called flipaclip ((try checking it out, it's good)) I tried it before and it's great.. there's also a lot of people who animates there I dunno.. I bet there's a bunch more apps that can allow you to make animations/animatics im sorry if this doesnt help much :33333
