So,from what I've seen this kinda seems to pick up where I'll find a way left off. It also seems to have a lot to do with satanism. Of course, I'm not gonna let that bother me because either way I am one satisfied customer right now! Kudos, boys! Especially you, Michael! Xoxo, baby!
So, what's the religious element of this music video trying to be? The only real reference in the lyrics is the last three lines of the first verse. There's a crucifix being knocked over, but both the singer and the girl have rosaries. There's some seemingly unrelated demon in a few clips. It feels like they thought that the whole aesthetic of Gothic Christianity and good vs. evil stuff was neat, but had no idea how to form a cohesive story involving them, so they didn't and just threw it all in a blender. To anyone who knows anything about the religion they are using, this just looks silly and incoherent. I like the sound of the music, but if you're going to use something in your music video as substantial as religion, really use it. There's a ton of potential for layered meanings and analogies if this were done right and it could have been much more engaging.
Just saw this on an ad. Manufactured bubblegum pop rock. Are those tattoos even real? This feels like a joke band.... Like we're all being Rick rolled.
Seriously, this band is the worst Falling in Reverse ripoff I could think of. How can people sincerely like this?! This is one of the worst albums this year, lyrics are almost exactly the same as FIRs, the "bombastic", "larger than life" sound is the same as FIR does it, the vocalist tries so goddamn hard to sound line Ronnie, this thing just hurts. In every way. This is not only ridiculously cringy, it’s a shame to this music scene. FIR does this thing better, so leave it to them!
Ronnie was heavily involved in this album...of course its going to sound like FIR. I mean he wrote the album. I wouldn't be surprised if its him doing backing vocals, to me that's what it sounds like its almost too similar.
Vampires Everywhere was the best, The Killing Lighs was very catchy too, i have to say that i dont like this very much. I never liked what he represented as a christ, but now, even musicly (is that a word?), i dont like him anymore
