This project has been waiting for a long time. I managed to make some sprites, but had to drop and forget about the project for a while due to technical problems. The problem, in general, was that, firstly, the song could not be runned on my old PC with all the events, and even without them too. The problem was in the stage itself. And plus, the Player's running sprite was a problem. I didn't know how to make it work as it should to. Every note, the running animation started over again, and running no longer looked like running. It was not possible to do the same as it was in mod, because I made Player's animation moving in space and bouncing, so just making a separate visor singing is not an option. I didn't want to draw a new background for a long time, I did not think that it would help and work. And after a while, I somehow solved these problems. For run Player's sprite, I used the Cassette Girl highlight code as a template. And I just simply made objects for each of the movements and tied their visibility parameter to pressing notes. Well, I did the background as well. But still, I can't run the song with all replacing events, so I had to do 2 covers in different stages and combine it into one.
I wanted to do this kind of fading highlight for the ghosts in the first half of the song, but it came out kind of weird, oh well.I also wanted to add a ghost trail effect but didn't apply to the GF character so I had to abandon that idea. I like how I made the animations of the Player, although in the first half of the song I think the animations are strange, but I am very pleased with the running animation, I did not think that I could do it so well. In general, I'm glad that I finished and released this project at last. Well the heights of characters in the second part of the songs is disproportionate yeah well, I can't help it.
And yes, the choice of characters for ghosts was generally random and depends on characters I have, but I wanted to give MrEgg more attention. The story here's is just maby a nightmare of Player. For reality it's not the most correct cast for this sort of story and the hallways is to clean tho, it would be to hard to put the balck Novisor thing in running hallway. Maby I'll apply some imporoves in the future.
