The injuries were so bad that a coroner stated even being fallen from a parachute you don't see injuries this bad. The details of the injuries are horrific

This case was covered up and bungled by local authorities. The first mistake made was no autopsy until a week later after his body was found. The deep indentation on the back of his skull shows he was bludgeoned with a blunt force object. His teeth were knocked out and found at a distance from his body. He had on two different shoes in which they never identified whose shoes were they, one of which was his own. He had road rash on his hips and shoulder areas and his fingers were shredded. No injuries on his feet tells me he was dragged possibly by a car/truck. His friends at the party were not interrogated for some time until questions were asked. What made it even more difficult for the family is authorities calling it accidental and not a murder. You cannot say that unless you have proof it was an accident.

I don't understand the vagueness of the report from the medical examiner. One, his final report was 8 months after the death, due to a slow response on the tox screen most likely, but vehicle vs pedestrian injuries are VERY distinctive and those injuries would be very difficult to mimic if a person were wielding a weapon. That part was known immediately, so he would have informed police his finding on that aspect. Perhaps a second opinion is in order. The questions left unanswered, particularly for the family are more important than any egos.

Don't go to parties and drink when you're underaged and you or the other attendees cannot behave properly to avoid any incidents. You cannot easily assume and trust you can be safe around them when they or you are drunk. Teenagers need to be watched. A lot could've been done but weren't. Sad for this young man. - A mom.

Supposedly he and his friends were writing their names on each other's butts with markers at the party. So if it turns out his body was "washed", my best guess would be it was to remove their names from his butt, which would be another explanation of how he might have lost his shorts. This sounds kind of ridiculous I know, but it's the only theory I can come up with as to why his body might have been washed.

They could have washed each other's butts off before an accident occurred, which I think is far more likely. But I guess you can't discount the possibility the shorts were removed and his butt washed to remove the name of the guilty party before fleeing the scene. lol...

The police need investigating. It’s pretty obvious he was set upon, no one gets injuries inflicted on them like this. His friends are involved in his death. If it was an accident then why didn’t they call for help. Why just leave him on the road like an animal. Blunt force trauma to the head could be from a baseball bat, a pipe or a crow bar. One of them had a conscience of guilt by folding his jeans and placing it right next to him. @@JayRoberts244 his stuff was probably in the car and his friends ditched them. I don't get the shoe thing, but the body examination sounds like car surfing, trying desperately to hold on, very often the surfer will do like an in air summersault so the head damage is often opposite where they were on the car. I'd guess his friends realized he was dead and left his clothing there. Have also seen many peddle cars where people peddle a vehicle drinking, in the city where I worked they were common. When hit by a car or a sudden stop the victims would flip in the air and hit their head first.

It was reported that he suffered road rash only on one hip, and a little on his shoulder. Does that sound like someone trying to hold on while being dragged from a vehicle? Not saying it’s not possible because none of us know. What I am saying is there is a lot more to this and it’s concerning that after this long LE seems to have nothing and that is odd. Because if we assume your theory is correct there were definitely other people in that vehicle.

Wouldn’t you expect it to be on other places on his body, somewhere else on his upper body at least? I really don’t know what happened. It’s concerning that after 8 month LE doesn’t seem to have a clue either. Again, if he was car surfing other people were in that vehicle.

My best guess is that he probably said something or did something that one of his friends didn't like while he was drunk and they did this to him and now they're trying to cover their tracks. You can't stay quiet forever, if a group did this chances are 100% someone will feel guilty and or accidentally say something.

I wonder what the toxicology report indicated. There are so many ways this could have happened. Since it was Labor Day weekend could alcohol be involved. I hate to think that someone killed this young man. Could he have been riding in the back of a pick-up truck and either jumped, fallen or been pushed out? So many unanswered questions. If there are other kids involved they have clammed up. I do hope the authorities get to the bottom of what happened.

This remind’s me of a 18 year old girl who was found in her car in a lake she was in the back of her car she was at a huge party by a lake it was the graduation party no one would give a straight answer just like here no one in their small town would talk either not even parent’s ‼️ they said it was a accident but her family doesn’t believe that. Have you heard of the Riley Strain case ? there are video’s on RU-vid despite what the police said there are strange thing’s surrounding his case also I think kid’s or other’s are killing these kids for what reason I don’t know but almost every case is like this there is something that no one is talking about or answer.

The shredded fingertips supports the theory of an accident and strongly indicates he was holding on to a vehicle of some kind before he fell and smashed his head. My guess is he was in the back of someone's truck and was thrown over the side by the momentum (which can happen very easily) and sliced his fingers up while trying to hold on to the metal sides. I see no evidence here to support a murder. His friends are probably just scared and trying to cover it up because they don't want to get into trouble.

When I was 15 back in 2004-2005 I got my wake up call and warning with certain people whom I thought were "friends".....they all did me dirty and I cut them off, from then on I stopped being so naive, trusting and gullible. It was a lesson God wanted me to learn. I'll be 35 in a month and I Thank God for a Praying Mother & the discernment he's given me over the years 🙏✝

If it was an accident why aren't they openly looking for who hit n ran him? It doesn't make sense that his best friend says he thinks a semi hit his head? That's a super weird explanation for just guessing!? Seems more like a story that was decided n agreed apon. Why would you be so adamant about it being a semi that hit him when a normal vehicle hitting him would make much more sense? Also why wouldn't his best friend be talking about how they need to all work together to find the vehicle, "semi" that hit "his head"? He was naked when found. Of course this was no “accident”. Get a great lawyer who is not afraid of the political establishment in your area. Noah’s best friend knows what happened. I watched his video and he clearly shows guilt.

@@Scottyallen-of7qrThe sunglasses, the going fishing story, that doesn't add up since there's nowhere to launch a boat down there, and how he instantly said he could tell from the injuries it was a hit and run and not a beating. Unless you're a EMT, at 19 years old you're not gonna know that. Hell, the report just got released today and it appears very unlikely it was a hit and run. Overall he seemed more interested in arguing with people suspicious of him and making the whole situation about him than trying to find out who did it.

This is similar to the Riley Strain case. In that case the boy partied with his fraternity brothers, ends up wandering away possibly drugged, and ends up in the river miles away, still had his watch on but no water in lungs, and no pants or boots. The frat brothers didn't report him as missing until the next day. Not one of them contacted his parents to give condolences. If you are guilty of something you can't face someone so you ignore them.

A lot of bad things happen in Oklahoma and a lot of it gets swept under the rug. Remember the guy that killed his girlfriend, her kids and the sleepover kids? Nothing came of that. Yea the guy is dead but they need to still look at it. They won't. Something is not right with that state.

The reservations here are no joke, oklahoma is a safe place but one of the most dangerous, timing really is a key factor. Some folks really need to be wary of their surroundings and the people they surround themselves around

The family all says they suspect foul play. They know in their hearts something doesn't feel right. She even called it when she said she asked his close friends what happened, and she got different stories out of them. I hope the truth is revealed so justice can be served and his family can at least have some sort of peace knowing what happened. ❤
