I like how for Raidou's boss fight, you're allowed to choose between the 3 ninja siblings, who each have a personal stake in kicking his undead cybernetic ass back to the afterlife

TheKersey475 if doa 7 is even happening lmao 6 is failing (personally i like it) but u gotta face it...the game is bad...also.they kinda left the story on a cliffhanger so maybe just maybe...we’ll get a new one or it will be a dlc or more stories added in a enhanced version (like how doa 5 went from regular to ultimate and finally last round)

It’s pretty sad they cut sooo much out the scenes... the story is decent but it should’ve focused more on Kasumi... and Phase 4 deserves a story too... she basically attacked Bayman and killed his crew than vanished...

Yeah, I especially like that one where he fights Kokoro and her reaction after the fight LOL😂 But in all honesty, I didn't expect much of the story. Its never been the strongest point of the series yet its pretty entertaining.

Why the story feels unconnected each other like short clips over short clips? What happened to DOA Storyline? The story just like being forced to be there to fill the gap between fights :(

It's probably because of how the story mode is played out. There are a couple of side stories including the tournament that takes place during the main story.

Hajingan Neon To be fair DOA never really had a good story it was all about the boobies and fighting. I’ll admit the story is lame but it was still a lot of fun to play and didn’t take itself too seriously.

You can tell the voice actors really phoned it in with this game. They really didn't care. Either because they were burned out on the series or they just known the story was poorly written. At some point at least one of them had to think something like "This shit sucks. I'm just here for my paycheck and nothing else"

DOA needs to go back to the high fidelity, impactful character endings. They’re terrible using Netherrealm’s structure, DOA5 was so bad and somehow this was even worse.

Rushed product comfirmed. there is a idea of a story, but after hearing that a lot of it was cut I know that team ninja priorities was not clear for this game. the Core Values situation, the costume grind, the attempt to tone down the female sexyness, and the overpriced dlc this only proves that this game was more of a cash grab than anything else. What a shame that the good gameplay has to be diluted as the cost for this mess.

@Suckit 92 You're the only person I've seen who thinks the way to unlock costumes is fun because I heard tons of people say it's easily the worst part about DOA6. Mainly because of how tedious it is and how it has too many unnecessary steps and imo it's the single worst costume unlock mechanic I've ever seen in a video game period. It's probably why they made the season pass price so high to scam the people lazy and stupid enough to buy it

The faces barely move. I think in 2019 a video game needs to have some decent mocap for facial movements. I know it's expensive but look at what they are charging for DOA6. It's like watching plastic/wax dolls move.I know the baby-face women is DOA's thing but the look even more like children (in the face) when they make barely any expressions. Also... the writing is pretty terrible and they seem to fighting for no good reason.

Redwin02 I think it’s Alpha-152. Donovan doesn’t seem to have any connections or feelings towards Phase 4. Kasumi Alpha was Donovan’s project after all, and Kasumi Alpha turns into Alpha-152 between the events of DOA3 and 4. Edit: I think I misread your comment but at the end when someone creeps out to look at Helena, its most likely her mother
