Honestly, I think Pete was faking it, he'd always loathed Boy George but rationalized that it was better to have him as a friend after seeing how successful he got
Did you guys notice that Steve doesn't laugh at Pete's jokes about Boy George while Tim and Mike laugh heartily??? He only chuckled a bit when Pete cracked that joke about being in a blue group

Me too & wished they done there own thing not all that "Stock, Aitken, Waterman homogonous" same same sound. There own creations were far more raw & powerful. (we didnt want that sort of Rick Astley one hit wonder crap sound!

Le preguntan cuánto hace que están juntos como banda, después le preguntan por Boy George y Pete dice que no habla de él pero cuando el entrevistador le pregunta si Boy George tomo su estilo, Pete contesta: El tomo mi balanza de baño y la rompió, todavía está rota jaja. Después le preguntan sobre su ropa y dice que compran en Japón y que ahí están los mejores diseñadores del mundo. Por último el entrevistador le dice: No tienen problemas con los talles? (Por la ropa) y Pete responde: No, no como Boy George jaaja....se ve q Boy George en esa época tenía kilos de más

When I interviewed Pete and DOA back when I had a student press pass, they were sweethearts...couldn't have been nicer! But then again, I didn't ask them "silly" questions like "why are you here?" and bring up Boy George. Interviewers need to do their homework and also go with the flow of what the band members are saying.
