I think two movies that have similar vibes to this are The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Stand By Me.

I cry every time watching Perks and I’ve been meaning to watch stand by me for the longest time, so I’ll definitely have to check that one out soon!

A classic teacher-student inspirational film set in England is "To Sir, with Love" (1967).

It doesn’t have to be set in England, I meant the teacher teaches English Literature, but I’ll take any inspirational school setting

Not British but about teachers inspiring their students. "Stand and Deliver" (1988) and "Mr. Holland's Opus" (1995) Hope you watch them and enjoy them.
