Dead Rising 4 - Case 1: Brad Park Meets with Frank West about Outbreak "Whoops!" Hank East Cutscene 

One of the funniest moments in the whole game!

In all seriousness, just give Mr. West a rest already. This man has been through a lot, both from zombies and US government

This is definitely not Frank, not just because of the name, but the fact that he's looking like he hasn't aged a day. He should be fifty in this game, and this guy looks like he's thirty. So just to confirm, this guy is Hank East.

Perhaps my only favourite cutscene in this game. Because it was something like straight out of a movie
