I really love how they actually taking the time on this game and not just throwing it out there for the money they really love us audience. Also this is one of my favorite franchise games so hype on what’s to come!!
This feels so loved and cared for. It doesn't feel like they just threw it at a studio and said "remake this we need money and dont have ideas". They're clearly super inspired and excited to work on this project.
The area I'm most excited to see is the more industrial-looking engineering and mining area of the Ishimura. What I loved about Dead Space 1 is that the design of the Ishimura didn't seem overly Sci-Fi despite the game being set so many years in the future. From the looks of it you guys will be able to keep the gritty and realistic look of the ship so I am really excited for more!
I would argue that sure, the Ishimura was the oldest mining ship out there, but you would imagine that at least they maintained the medical bay as clean as possible (because you know... it's the medical bay, it should be like an actual hospital, clean), given that the events of dead space take not that long after the necromorph uprising, the medical bay while filled with Blood stains and maybe some grime, it should be relatively clean Idk it's just a thought, I want to play this so badly😭
This was fantastic, the only thing is i'm a little upset at the removal of the vent in that particular medical room. the point of deadspace is to maintain unease and when there's a vent in an enclosed room you are definetely uneased. even if a necromorph doesn't pop out in that moment, you may return back there later and it does that time, catching you offguard.
Hope they read this, because I agree and it's pretty true. Vents are much more than simply visual in Dead Space. The reason that was likely put there is to create that tension.
@@raventhc8847 I agree with you based on realism, but, it's difficult to make players look up. It'd have to be placed in a way that is hard to miss in order to generate the tension.
I wouldn't be surprised if they introduced new ways for necromorphs to enter rooms besides the vents. That's far more scarier knowing they can get you from anywhere at any time besides the ventilation. Nowhere is safe. That would be awesome.
@@Tom-et7eo Do you rememebr if they had any problems at all using it on Dragon Age Inquistion back at the time? Cause it's kinda a big game and it runs pretty decent, at least I think so.
I don't think there has ever been this much indepth development openness from a developer. This could be one of the best remakes since the REmake. Very cool to see a developer take those extra steps to make sure a game comes out the way it should. Very excited to play one of my favourite games again
I do think that this remake is waht is gonna throwme on next gen consoles. I played all 3 dead spaces and extraction, loved everything, can't wait for this one. It is awesome that the video ended with something like "we want to let you imagine that a terrible thing happened here", because that's what my feeling was during all three main games, and you keep looking for ways to take this into the next level. Take your time, and deliver us a masterpiece. MAKE US WHOLE!!!!!!!
imagine all the details and work they put in here, most of these assets I won't be able to notice really, in the heat of the moment, will a normal gamer even notice this light source etc.. 😁🔥🔥👏👏👏
Bro ese cuarto no lo pueden cambiar porque en ese fue donde Nicole se quitó la vida tienen que dejarlo tal y como está o solamente que cambien la cinemática
My gripe is the use of scratches, dirt and rust. Remmeber that Ishumura incident happened recently, just a few days before Isaac's arrival and some of personnel is still alive, so there's locigly cannot be too much dirt and rust in medical area, but will be a lot of it in Engine areas, Cargo and other places that rarely maintained. The extent of decals in Medical would be blood and scratches that made by Necromorphs and ship's personnel.
uhhhh the Ishmura is an old mining ship. Its extremely industrial and is function over everything else. Scratches and rust being there 100% makes sense
@@porcin3proph3t4 As I said, I dont deny that there must be rust and etc. I say that these things must NOT be in Medical Area, since this must be a sterile area and be tightly kept.
@@inspector_beyond Nah their shuld still b rust. Maybe not extensive amounts of it like in the other areas of the ship, but trace spots across the area shuld hav rust still.
I think like the Original, the medical Area still needs that Sterile cleaner look than most departments of the ship due to the nature of what it does without aging it too much.
Really like what they're doing, but they haven't given us anything that's new. A lot of the news are mainly vanity changes for immersion but no details on technical changes or new mechanics that enhance immersion.
@@porcin3proph3t4 they really didnt. If they removed that, its -1 point for them. I Hope they put these writings in the remake and not Just blood in the Walls. They need to remember that People were going Crazy and homicidal before necromorphs appearing ( and even after).
@@SrBlue-qp2ux i mean, there is straight writing in the engine room they showed. All written and smeared in blood. My point is is does not need to be everywhere just because "oohhh writings scary"
I hope you guys will notice my comment, I can't wait to pre-order it on Day 1 on steam. I hope it wins a game of the year 2023. Great job. Even Elon Musk loves Dead Space. You can find it in his Twitter timeline. Thank you so much. Dead Space should continue like the Resident Evil series. We need VR support. Dead Space 2 and 3 including DLC after this then Dead Space 4, also we want Dead Space Extraction, Dead Space Ignition, and mobile one remake for all platforms. Make John Carver's own story game. Make games out of those 5 novel books and comics. You guys have lots of possibilities and potential. Make us Whole. I also want Dead Space animation movies, tv-series, and live-action movies just like Resident Evil. Please make Dead Space great again. Continue the journey. Keep making Dead Space Make our Dream come true.
Although DS is my favorite horror franchise. Remember that EA is still the people that own the IP. So I recommend you waiting for reviews come out. I don't want you to commit the same mistake I did when I pre-order Battlefield 2042
isn't apex also owned by EA, i dont play either one but i know they're both pretty big multiplayer games but this is a single player game so i think it's less likely to have game breaking bugs.
@@Walterwhitebread yeah right they take it very seriously that they forgot is supposed to be entertaining... ether scary or enjoyable... talk about technology like they think I want to drive a car or build spaceship.🤣🤣🤣
