This was SO EASY & I mean SO MUCH MORE easy & simple in the original, this one took forever & gave me a headache.

All the angled parts I picked up rotated when I placed them. I thought it was one of those puzzles where you had to rotate them once in place but no. Thanks for this. Just as long as it needs to be.

A prime example of how puzzles can ruin a video game. The majority of gamers just wanna sit back and have fun, not rack our goddamn brains

For those still struggling on the panels themselves there is lit up lines and corners make sure yours matches the video

Literally on my third playthrough and I still have to use this video puzzles never fail to hurt my brain man I swear

This and God of War does a great job at adding confusing puzzles to kill the pace of the game

In the old game you had to go around the whole board no wonder I struggled

I've played the original dead space alot in the last few months, so what tripped me up here was thinking that you need to create a circle of power, I think I would of found this puzzle alot easier if I hadn't had previous solutions in my mind

First time playing game and found this easy enough to be honest after abit of trial and error. Would never had have got here without youtube for the sos beacon previously but sick of these zero gravity puzzles

I couldn’t figure this out, I had to look it up. I was floating around for at least 30 minutes before I said fuck this. Thanks man for helping us with puzzle.

This part was kinda dumb ngl no clues or nothing kept thinking I had to do the entire thing

I spent ages on this part because every time I put one of the anatenna in place it rotated to different direction make it almost impossible to figure out which piece was meant to go were.

I didn't waste time trying to figure this out. They shouldn't have made this puzzle so difficult cause it just takes you out of the game.

Definitely one of the hardest puzzles in gaming history. It is funny to play but it just doesn’t fit in this game halfway. I will give a second thought about buying DS2 remake if they find it interesting and consider put it back in the game again.

OMG! Thank you for this. Solving the puzzle itself was simple, it was the slow navigating, get turned around and all the spinning puzzle pieces. What the devs were thinking making this garbage puzzle LOL

Yep…never would have gotten this. For everyone confused, just skip to 1:48 and pause for the lighting arrangement you need.

Even following you here is hard slow down and talk us through it much better than no voice bs.

Wow... It turns out there isn’t any set solution (ie this video wasn’t a solution for me). Add in the fact that the dishes/arrays are so hard to place at certain angles and you might get as angry as I did. Take all of the working “dishes” out, and start from one of the sides, and put the next one into whatever line shines blue (that’s all this is, whatever power line becomes blue you put it in the next one). It seems to actually change as you go too, because I had to restart and one of them sent me to another location. But the main idea seems to be that you go in a linear fashion (ie forget doing both sides, you pick right or left), until you finish, and you’ll potentially have left over dishes, as I did. For me, the screen showing the puzzle/power lines made it much more difficult. In the end it didn’t make any sense. Ignore that screen, just follow the next blue power line, and if it ends, start over.

I hate puzzles in game. I mean nothing fun about being on a section for about an hour trying to figure it out and complete it, i couldev finished one whole different chapter in the time of doing this annoying puzzle

The only thing that stopped me from solving this quickly, was my unawareness of the directions that were marked on the satellites.

For some reason this puzzle is broken for me. I’m playing NG+ and I’ve aligned the comms array but nothing is happening afterwards and the waypoint is just pointing to the centre.

The paths hurt my head I was trying to do it the correct way & have both connect to the end. How the hell does the 1st bottom left connect to the 2 row. NO SENSE. Thx, good to know I wasn’t the only one who struggled lol
