Dead Space remake is finally here and its looking great in terms of visuals, sound and atmosphere. Just as I remember it and even better. I suggest you enable Nvidia sharpen filter if you are going to use DLSS because picture can get bit blurry. Hope you enjoy this video and feel free to comment, like and subscribe. Damn! The 2080 ti still shreds, and 1440p is the sweet spot, IMO. Do 2x 2080 ti using NVlink, and it's more powerful than the 3090, but at a fraction of the cost. 1440p ultrawide is superior to 4k, with higher fps, wider screen view, and at much lower cost.

Yea, it's good for 1440p but since I upgraded to 4K monitor it's starting to show it's age.

@Papundek88 have you tried NVlink yet? It's the same concept as SLI, but usus both GPUs as one rather than SLI using two gpus with one + 1/4 power for the second gpu. It's being widely used for machine learning (AI) because you can use both cards to their full potential compared to what sli does. And it's great for gaming on a budget. 2x 2080 ti with DLSS destroys the 3090 and costs much less. I hope they implement this in all games moving forward. 🙏

@@thedayofquicksilver6930 To be honest I didn't know what NVLink is. This is the first time I hear about it. Just Google it and it seems like good thing but not manny games support it. I decided to build new gaming rig later this year so stay tuned 😊. Cheers

With a little bit of optimization this will surely run 60fps average in 4K.

I have concluded that the main issue for performance is likely the DENUVO DRM. Steam actively does not mention it's in the executable. Sadly this is a turnoff for me. I won't be buying Dead Space Remake. Still hope patches increase the performance for people.

Will have to wait until I get a Xbox Series or add 8 GB of RAM to my Lonovo IdeaPad 3 8 GB RAM laptop/upgrade to a new laptop.

I wouldn't try and run this on anything other than a high end gaming laptop.

@@originalityisdead.9513 - Probably will wait until I upgrade to a Radeon 7000 RDNA 3 integrated graphics laptop later this year. Waiting until a 1TB SSD SKU Xbox Series S is released to get it.

Not good, picture is sharper but at cost of lower fps.

I agree, it should run better. Hope they will correct that through patches. For me this is still great remake of game I love very much.

@@lukemorris9066 really?? They remade the game in a new engine and added updated features from Dead Space 2 and a ton of options. As far as remakes go it’s awesome and worth the money. It’s like saying RE2 remake wasn’t worth it. If you’re a dead space fan it’s a no brainer. It’s not like they just upped the resolution and called it a port and did the bare minimum like so many other games trying to get full price.

@The Uploader erm ye really .... its a £70 current gen game mate so ye I expect better than a dynamic 1440/60 in a last gen engine on hardware like series x and ps5 I'm saying it needs to run better I'm not slagging of the actual game so keep your pants on ..... RE 2 was a last gen title it did really well on them machines and is even updated with RT/ 4k 60 / 1440/ 120 on the newer consoles... didn't mention that part did u ...look at what the hardware is already running.....forbidden west at 1880p 70 to 80fps on a ps5 and the graphics on that are worlds above the remake and no 60fps on series s that console runs cyberpunk at 1080/60 ffs ... tell me another one 🤣 .... stop being a fanboy..... this should be dynamic 1660/1800p 60fps at least and 1080/60 on series s if your going to remake a game for newer hardware then do just that!... no vrr mode ... no fsr2.1 ..... jokers.
