@@Ninjersey1t depends on what “winning” means. If you’re just talking about a single variant being beaten by Thanos? Yes, Kang can be beat (even that is very very very difficult), but as that Kang is dying his subconscious will just go into another Kang who will train for centuries just to come back and not only kill Thanos, but humiliate him. So Unless you’re a character like the Beyonder or Infinity or something to erase all of existence, you can never “beat” Kang. it’s impossible!!
@@Ninjersey1also another way to beat thanos is too trap him in another universe due to the fact that the infinity guanlet only works in its original universe
isnt that the thing though? a time traveler never dies, as they exist outside of time. if not a place, there will always be a time where they are alive
I just love how they list all these feat about Kang and how superior he is in comparison to his enemy but in the end he’s always packs up his bag and is force to go back home by these inferior heroes.
my headcannon for that is the separation between him and immortus affected his subconscious so he now has a mental lock on the present and being bored in the future having conquered everything he subconsciously holds back and lets himself be pushed back so he always has a fight to return to
Yea kinda... Lol In comic Kang often fights with handicaps to show he is superior. It also shows him as being successful conquering all, and only goal is to conquer revona (his true love he could never have) The latest edition actually shows this live to fight another day mentality, but ultimately leads to him succeeding
I can’t believe Kang and Dr. Doom are related? Imagine these two distant cousins having an alliance? That’s a scary thought, it would break the Marvel world in half… It’s 2 bad Doom doesn’t play well with others 😅
I’ll be honest I’ve never heard of Kang The conqueror until recently. He isn’t even mentioned on lists of Marvel Characters/Villains more powerful than thanos and I’ve looked up so many of them
@@VIK_1903 yeah! As one who narrates for this channel, it's fun learning more about these characters and stories. It's awesome seeing consistently great content for our passionate and curious viewers. Excelsior!
As a DC guy with not much marvel knowledge, I gotta admit its pretty bad ass how kangs story is spread across the entire life of the marvel universe. I like how it goes from old school comics to newer ones and back and fourth
Kang is what the Thinker could have been (watch the chair) ... but actually beside the fact, that time-traval paradoxes are always nice to think through, the "plan" of Kang sounds random to me. So why "higher entities" just dont stop him? Or is it kindof an essential part of some equilibrium or is no one able to stop him (except himself yolo)?
@@zyklos229 im guessing he reverse flashed it and somehow paradoxes himself. So maybe higher powers just see him as a tiny blip in the cosmos or something. I actually thought he was more similar to vandal savage with his tactical mind, gift to conqueor, and higher intellect
It's not that Kang is deadlier, he's just more methodical and intelligent. Being aware of time across all points, gives him an edge Thanos never did. But you can bet Thanos would body him with ease if the two crossed. That's why Kang never fought Thanos directly on his own without meddling events for everything to sync up.
I agree 👍 In the Infinity War, Thanos did know or his clone did detect Kang's Tech everytime he use it. When Kang and Doom was trying to steal the gauntlet from the Magus.
@@Wintersoldier2099the thing the mcu seems to be doing seems to handle Kang differently with there possible being an near endless amount of kangs, so if kang and thanos do fight and thanos wins, another kang will come with more knowledge on how to move forward with the fight, eventually thanos will lose because no matter how many kangs he kills more will arise due to the multiverse being infinite
@@Wintersoldier2099also another possible way to defeat thanos is to bring him into another universe because remeber the infinity gaunlet only works in its original universe
I like the idea that Kang is a benevolent ruler, and only goes back in time to play villain because he's bored and lets the heroes win so he can continue to play with them.
He wanted to raise her to become evil and take over the world together, that’s why he went after her as soon as she was born, to manipulate her mind and ways of thinking at a young age, it’s villains like this that the avangers should truly fear
Kang himself has said he can take over the world at anytime he wants, but he likes to take over the entirety of every timeline that has ever existed. So while Kang might be a God 100 years ago, he would want to come to this present day to be king here too. He’s just too cocky, because he could easily kill all the Avengers before they were even born, but he refuses to.
@@gebbsmcguily113 so what u trying to say? Hulk is the heaviest of hitters and on any given day he’d beat both Silver Surfer and Thor. Plus, in just a 1 on 1 fight neither Thor or Silver Surfer can beat Kang. Kang is far too smart and technologically powerful. Plus, he’d just come back again and again until he eventually wins
I can’t wait to hear those MCU fans that don’t know that there’s more deadly and scary villains besides thanos. Wiping 50% of life in the universe is nothing compared to the other villains
@@ElViperr408 the same Kang who makes a point to avoid thanos at all costs? You must be getting all your information from this videos titled “kang more powerful than thanos”
I don’t get it, maybe it’s just comics and I’m thinking too hard about this, but he was in the present as part of the young avengers, and was a good guy. He defeats a version of himself, but then has to return to his own timeline so that he doesn’t destroy Earth-616, and then after a while he just stumbles upon a Time Machine, goes back in time and decides to be evil and conquer the Egyptians??? Was there something that made him go bad, was this explained in the comics?
Basically Kang loves to conquer & do war. That’s his whole deal. He hid try to stop himself from becoming Evil, but fell in love while trying & forget his true goal. Therefore becoming Kang, again. Nathaniel weakness is his love for Ravona. She always ends up making him forget that he was trying to stop himself from becoming evil. Kang/Nathaniel is so focused on Ravona, that even killing his future self, doesn’t help with solving the real problem of him becoming evil. He always screws himself off, even when he doesn’t try to. This guy only weakness is himself & his love for Ravona. It’s the same with Spider Man. Spider man only weakness are Peter & his loved ones
People don't realize how terrifying this dude is. He is essentially God he can see all pasts and futures and even if he loses he technically wins. Combine that with him being petty asf he could literally pull the " It was Me Barry " on any of us lol dude is cracked asf
I've never understood marvels need to create incredibly powerful primordial super powers. Who's existence is part of the very fabric of the universe.... only to have them beaten by a human who's surname is Richards.
If look deep into the comics it is quite impressive how they defeat him ultimately at the end of this saga. But don't spoil yourself though because it is amazing end and what the outcome is. its the only real route marvel studios can go with Kang.
The part where Kang sired offspring with different women to produce the "perfect" warrior, but killed them upon realizing failure... Sounds very familiar **Cough** Ego plot in GotG 2 ** Cough** . Seems the Gunn did his "h.w.".
This is true with many characters being the most powerful in the universe at a given point in time. Kang goal is to be the best at all periods of time throughout the multiverse
Truly horrifying. So brute strength and technology can't beat him. What about mystic arts, magic and celesterial being like the Phoenix? Perhaps a spirit beings.
@@MrShinTensei it's disney we are talking about. They are planning to go broke by going woke. I have no hopes or expectations from marvel anymore. I'm dead inside, hurt very badly.
I know it's comics and logic doesn't really mean a whole lot but it for whatever dumb reason it bugs me that there's no explanation for his speed and reflexes. If he's just a regular human it wouldn't matter how badass his suite is if he can't mentally process or move his body fast enough to dodge or counter when someones coming at him at mach 10 he's dead before the fight even starts. I know it doesn't matter and critiquing one thing means I should critique everything but I'm weird. Also, maybe he's seen the future so he knows when someone will attack before they even do it? Highly doubtful but I gotta give him an out somehow
It’s kinda confusing because if Nathaniel as a kid got visited by his future self and all that happened. So when he had to return to his timeline why did he have ** to become kang?? Like if he didn’t want to be him and created iron lad why go back to your OG timeline and be like wellllll guess I have to be evil.. does anyone get me lol
In his timeline he was meant to become Kang .not a hero .so when his future self visited him that messed up the time line by him jumping universes and becoming iron lad
Kang is really the far future of Ultron. It’s Ultron constantly building himself to perfection. That’s why he can do the same thing as Ultron. Once he’s destroyed, he can transfer himself into another body. Kang is basically the futuristic android version of Ultron. This is how marvel entertainment is going to play it, tony, stark actually created Kang.
Doom has “won” at least 2 times, defeating all the heroes and conquering the world… and in one case he wasn’t defeated. He restored things as they were because he had grown bored of the peaceful world he had created!!!
Anyone who's ever read Classic Marvel comics knows that Thanos is way deadlier than Kang. To me Thanos is number 1 on the Marvel villain. Kang is around 5 or 6.
YOOOOOO MANTIS BEING THE CELESTIAL MADONNA COULD DEFINITELY BE SOMETHING IN THE MCU 👀👀👀 they have all the ingredients now especially since they’ve brought up her relationship with Peter and Ego
I know how to beat Kang. Every hero in every universe have to fight its iteration of Kang at the exact same time. Coordinated action thanks to Chavez powers. Plan B is to define one plane and destroy the others.
You REALLY don’t knew w Thanos. They nerfed him down to space Hulk in the MCU. Thanks s is a genius, he has various abilities from cosmic energy blasts, telepathy , energy absorption, vast strength, telekinesis , and others I cant remember. This dude beat Galactus in a fight. After he died he got a major power boost from Death. Kant is no where near his power level
he couldnt have beaten galactus in a fight. galactus isnt in the MCU yet. only the MCU matters. the comics are not relevant here. movie kang is miles beyond thanos in every way. hes a multiversal threat
duh this is the classic pratfall comic book multiverses run into. there’s always got to be a bigger bad. problem is the movies are out of steam and a lot of us stopped caring a while ago. i’m sure my nephew will like it tho.
In comics he's successful. Not to mention he can create clones and robot copies to fight for him just to gauge his opponent. It's wild!!! Dude can reverse flash anybody, but "choose" to fight; just to show he's better.
