the only tricky thing about lash is knowing when you are strong enough to start roaming and who you can solo kill without feeding, his mechanics aren't too crazy, but he does require more gamesense than most of the other characters, but it's not too hard if you've ever played dota before
It's really more like Apex than Overwatch in many ways. The item upgrades feel closer to the weapon upgrades you'd find on the map and the Moba influences aren't found in either game anyways.
Was abt to say the same thing lmao, much easier kit, just fly + tether ppl + shoot the shit out of them and finish them off with the ult, super super simple
@@tundraboy8669 hell nah, granny is the worse of the two snipers. Talon got the shit version of flight with no vertical control, the shit version of stake that enemies can just walk around, and to top it all off, Vindicta is pretty much hitscan, while Talon is all but worthless long range without sanic the hedgehog bullets.
Where are you seeing these builds you're recommending? It looks like it's in the game client but I don't see an option to view anything like that. I also can't find them from googling.
i have a 1050 and play on lowest , the frame drops used to be so bad , but now the performance dips from 60 fps only in late game fights , the game is mostly CPU bound your graphics card is likely sleeping at 40% while your processor is trying to keep up
Meanwhile I started the game with Pocket as main. I guess it's becaise he was one of the few heroes without the "Great For New Players" tag and I wanted to challenge myself lol
meanwhile pocket abilities have so much aoe that aiming in a general direction is enough , way harder to do anything with the hero than with grey talon or vindicta because you need to actually aim , and his gun is really good at securing last hits because the spread of the weapon makes misses into hits , and if you die out of position as long as you ulti before you likelly won the fight for your team anyway , i think pocket is one of the most beginner friendly characters , that scale well with skill , if you played any other moba before his skill will be easilly graped
If you have a friend on steam who has been invited they can send you an invite. I got a random invite in my email that let me in so I think they might also just be sending them out in waves.
@@nyghost9991 I mean u do shoot guns on most characters. I count it as shooter if people say overwatch is fps. Cause to me actual fps is battlefield or cod or cs. But hey i enjoy deadlock no matter what it is. I hope they come with a smaller length match style just so I'm not tired for 50 mins but it's still fantastic to play
@@JonathanNormandy Yamato design doesn't really fit with the style and aesthetic of Deadlock because they used her design from when yhe game was still called Neon Prime which had a Neon Cyberpunk aesthetic
Bebop and Haze also still have their old cyberpunk models. There's concept art of the new Yamato design, and you can see the new Haze design in a loading screen.
What to do when your aim sucks ? I have played a few Deadlock games and before I have played multiple FPS games Like CS, PubG and some COD and I unfortunately suck bad with shooter type games. I am loving this game coming from Dota2 so I am playing it but I feel like no matter how much I love, I am not gonna play good since my Aim sucks ass. I am able to use my spells on enemies easily but at the end of the day I have to shoot them to kill right, and I just cant lol. Maybe I have to go back to Dota again cause there also I suck but atleast there everyone sucks excepts the pros Maybe some form of auto-aim would help for noobs like us.
Aiming is a skill like any other that you'll get better at over time. If you want to get better in a shorter amount of time, something like aimlabs can help, but at the end of the day it's still just training your hand eye coordination, which takes time.
@@ottr ottr tps guide would go crazy. i gave up on trying to play fps games (also lowkey stopped watching you after you dropped apex no offense) because i could never get to a decent level of aiming skill, but this game is interesting to me since i like league of legends, so i want to get good at it. tps aiming also seems a lot more accessible to me than fps aiming for some reason, probably because i used to play a lot of warframe. anyway, it would be super cool to see you break down tps mechanics
DO NOT USE ABRAMS! He is awful. He’s a fighter in a shooting/moba game. Low ammo and only close moves but DPS isn’t higher than other characters to compensate for these faults. In laning phase, you’re likely to get cooked cause you have nothing to poke at the opponent or deal with creeps at a distance.
I disagree. Taking third ability at the start of the game let’s you regen when you get poked and it’s easier to make more risky trades. If you can stay even on souls in lane, Abrams becomes an absolute bully.
This game has a ton of movement options. The items further accentuate that a LOT. I can see how players make him work. Besides, this is a starter guide, down in ranks (if any) I highly doubt people know how to abuse any hero's disadvantage.
