They tweaked the pause system today with each player only getting one pause, and three pauses per team. Curious to see how that will effect stuff later on.
The pausing exist in both dota and Cs its for player that have connection issue to have time to rejoin, or what ever reason. I dont know about Cs time out but in dota all 10 player and pause once and also unpause after a certain time.
I had someone play an Echo Shard Bebop build against me yesterday and they absolutely destroyed us doing 1400+ damage bursts in the mid game. I started trying this idea today and it works so well.

I missed y'all since the TotK and Rumbleverse days. Minor correction - 9:24 people in the reddit comments think it was triggered by this person's screen capture software, as no one's been able to replicate it. I alt-tab a lot when I'm dead, which is more than I'd like lmao

i tried bebop as my first character , when searched for items to improved the bombs i saw echo shard and well untill today i spam that shit getting 200 + stacks in the bombs is some of the most insane dmgi n thegame
