Also, the oils in peanut butter can basically drag the compounds that make you go "OH SHIT THAT IS SPICY" off of your tongue. In theory, you could mix the oils in peanut butter, the proteins in milk and the sweet+sour taste of lemon juice, but I think the oils and proteins break each other down, so you could do 2 of the 3.
