Welcome to Eat or Die, a short outdoor documentary series sharing my personal survival journey as I learn about edible and medicinal plant in the wild around me. Long Term Survival depends on more than knowing basic bushcraft skills like making a fire, building a shelter and hunting. Without the knowledge of how to stay healthy, treat wounds and maintain normal body function by way of vitamins and minerals and ancient medicine, your chances for long term survival diminish greatly.

Hey Neil's there is a app for mushrooms & flowers take a pic of it and it will tell you if it can be eaten or is it Poisonous I don't know if it works or not but should help you oh wash your hands real good...thanks for coming back doing a video mess em hope family doing well.👍👍

I had an app. However, you should never completely rely on an app to determine if a mushroom is safe to eat. Every app we used always advised against it.
