One little tidbit I noticed at the end, with Wiz and Boomstick regretting pitting DP against the Mask, was that that was the Mask that gave them the envelope through the portal...and it was the same envelope that DP put the continuity gem into during the battle. Which means when Boomstick wished DP back, the gem made it canon. So in a way, both the Mask and DP knew how the battle would go...and they took advantage to make sure that, even though DP lost, he wouldn't actually in the end. For the lols.
Deadpool said he came back from being vaporized, buuuut, wiz and boomstick point out that some of the things deadpool came back from was when he was cursed with never dying, so it's not stupid, you gotta remember every last detail they say, also the fact deadpool later had the curse removed, that's how he can die to some things

The letter he sent was designed to even make Boomstick temporarily wish Deadpool would return ... and as the letter was posted with the Continuity Stone, Boomstick held it while wishing that, causing the stone to resurrect Deadpool on the spot.
Now here's the fault with your logic. The curse of immortality is gone. He can die if everything about hims is blown out of existence, like with a nuke.

Well, they did say DP could regenerate from being disintegrated, but I think that was because of Thanos' curse. Even so, they also said regrowing his limbs takes time, so I'd guess it would take several months for him to regenerate after that.
Probably several minutes, more like (since the footnotes said that the longest it took for Deadpool's head to completely heal up was 13 minutes). Buuuuut that's still too long to stop Mask from killing Deadpool hundreds or thousands of times over.
It has been mentioned in a past Death Battle, as well as this one, that Thanos took the curse off because he REALLY wanted to kill Deadpool. Also, I think their "We're supposed to be impartial" line is by far the best joke they've made in the show
Nah, I'd say the best line would be from Deadpool: "Do some research already you FRAUDS!" Being a bit of a subtle jab at how many people note that they miss CRUCIAL details about certain abilities or people that could have made previous Death Battles have different outcomes.

I've simply seen a lot of people make defenses that claim various parts of canon never happened and I was stating both sides of the experience can enjoy the joke.
In the comic he is no longer immortal after Thanos undid the curse of immortality. Now all he relies on his his regeneration which is a fully biological process. Meaning, unlike in the past, if you destroy all the cells that make him up he will die.

Which is unfortunate because it would've been great to include it. Still, good reaction guys.
Of course, the comparative scope of the reality warping green lantern has shrugged of, like the triarchs, mandraak, timetrapper and anti-monitor would render the continuity stone useless, but then so would superman's history. Sorry, bit of a stickler for details.
@@justindeliwe8065 animation takes a lot of time and cleaning, ESPECIALLY if you mix mediums like that, AND with their rearch and prepared cases. They would have needed to start things well in advance to get it done in time.

However it was placed earlier because it was completed sooner and they only found out about the response in the time between releases, which was the reason the matches shown were chosen. They couldn't have known in advance it would be another controversy and by the time they did it would mean re-boarding, timing and animating the continuity stone scene, and they couldn't even get through all the matches implied as it was.
I think the big point that people are missing is that the fight is only meant to be a dramatic action piece that is a cool way of announcing the winner. Not everything in the fight (ESPECIALLY the way they win) is not meant to be 100% accurate. It’s just saying that the character would win, and sometimes the way they would win is not very cinematic, so they change it. Like this one, how are they supposed to show deadpool losing? He can’t die by normal means, but he would never beat the mask, and the mask would likely just find another cartoony way to win. Which he did.
Even if Deadpool come back for the explosion, Deadpool doesnt have something to kill the mask, the mask is complete inmune to the damage, and deadpool regeneration has limits, thats why Death Battle say was a totally stomp and you forget Deadpool die in the comics before, sure Deadpool can die for a definitely way, but thats not mean Deadpool cant die and guys Ben 10 vs Green latern was rigght, ben 10 just win in VERY specific situations, i am new in death battle, but i learn they want who win the most overall and if you reed the canon comics of green latern he even defeat and fight with the same abilities of Alien x, but a multiversal level and remember, maybe Alien x is virtual omnipotent, but stil with weak points in the same ben 10 series explain and probe like wraping and time attacks, some that Green latern can take advantage

Guys, Deadpool only survived disintegration/vaporization when he was cursed by Thanos with immortality. If there is literally nothing left to regenerate from, then he will die.
I mean, toon force doesn’t make a character omnipotent. Toon force in and of itself is one of the most inconsistent powers out there. Reality warping is essentially a more potent and reliable ability. Beings like Thanos, Alien X, and Darkseid would easily murder the Mask.
Even if Deadpool did still have the Death Curse, it really wouldn't matter because he can't kill him at all. Meanwhile the mask can literally just throw Deadpool into another dimension or send him into space. AND even if the Continuity Stone worked he would probably just have another mask on under it. What I'm saying is, no matter what you give Deadpool, there's really nothing he can do here. Especially with Ipkis as the Mask wearer.
They had to get rid of his immortal curse. Deadpool only survived being ash in the comics because he was cursed for being immortal by Thanos at the time. Deadpool can come back from a lot but not disintegration, not without outside help. Meanwhile The Mask is inherently unkillable.
Aren’t they underestimating DP’s brains? He might act crazy, but this is the guy who killed the Marvel Universe. Even factoring the loss of immortality, he had to have some serious brains to get past all heroes. Some of which were nearly invincible or capable of avoiding danger.
true, but he ust does not have a way to kill the mask. there's an actual chapter were one of the wearers just decides they can survive a deadly wound and it vanishes. they even SAY deadpool could do it with enough time, but he'd be unlikely to survive that long

All might, super hero, Hero Academia - people can gain a quirk, a silly to powerful ability abnormal from humans. From changeing colors to running super fast. This character could be called a normalized superman. Extreamly strong, fast and durable. He has no flight, long range or crazy type of other abormal feets. He is the strongest hero. Holder of the power, "one for all". Minor spoiler, the first person who had "one for all" had the skill to give up his "quirk" to someone else. As such they gave their "share quirk" plus "one for all" to an other hero. All might never tended to use the, other, quirks that past heros have. But he would hsve the raw power of each super hero from the past. Might guy, high ranking Ninja, Naruto - Ninja villages are spread throught the world. The gimmic of this world is the ability to control chakra to cast Ninja spells. Ignoreing the terms, there are lighting, wind, earth, water, fire basic "spells". However Might Guy tends to focus entirety on taijutsu, aka phsyical attacking. He carries the common shuriken and kunai weapons of Ninja. He "should" have heavy weights on at all times so those could be removed for more speed. He can also, "remove" the limits of his body and give him self a power boost, up to eight times. This will tend to damage the user starting at the 3rd level. Unlike his student, rock lee, Might Guy can use Chakra but the only thing most people remember is his summoning contracts with Turtles. He might sound normal but since ninja's are able to summon up huge earth walls at any given time, Might Guy the Ninja to just smash them down. He has handle some of the most dangerous Villians from his world.
A lot of their matches are more due to bad explanations i find than outright inaccuracies. It's kind of odd, but it encourages me to look them up myself

A) It's only said to be something cloclwork and eon can sense and even then it's only confirmed that lets you sense chronosapiens. Anything else is conjecture, and given that time travellers regularly get the drop on one another it's probably not something they all can do or can be sensed by. B) alien x was sucessfully ambushed by a time traveller in canon who got away with it (professor paradox). Twice if we count atomic x. But its fine we don't. C) as they pointed out, ben prime doesn't actually know about the effect as far as we know. D) green lantern has sucessfully fooled extradimensional beings before. E) green lanterns historically have survived their past selves dying and being erased just fine. Killowog survived his species being erased from history. Obviously B) is my biggest sticking point. I DO respect his channel and anyone who disagrees, but i don't quite agree with that argument myself. I do admit there are probably ways ben could have won but most victories, i think, go to hal. It's fine if anyone disagrees and i am not trying to start a fight. Thank you.

Anyway, on the topic of the battles that Deadpool was "fixing"...do you think redoing Yang vs. Tifa now would change the result at all, considering how much Yang's grown since that time (about 4 years worth of RWBY episodes)?
Personally, i did some math after the first one. Admittedly taking numbers from the vytal tpurnament (arslan's boulder-breaking punches based on her teammate's height in thr ice boulder.... who i then rounded down to yang's own because there was no official height given for him), and using their calculations from the sephiroth episode i concluded yang would have an edge. She's taken blows stronger than sepiroth, who's punched tifa unconscious before, and presumably his remnants loz would be about as strong, and he took her down in two hits. Incidentally, tifa's track record with canon one on one fights is another point against her. This means yang would both be able to take harder hits than tifa theoretically be able to hit twice as hard as tifa could take. I also ran math based on yang's age when she started combat training (back when ruby was a baby) and tifa's (16, but not recruited into avalanche until her early twenties) and they both have about 10-13 years experience of comabt. Yang has slightly more now, and the types are getting more and more similar. So experience is roughly even. We ALSO know yang's semblance is vulnerable to sucker-punches and being taken by surprise... but that's not exactly tifa's forte. Given yang's main weakness wpuld be her temper and she's resolved that pretty nicely, i say advantage yang. I respect and welcome any counter arguments though. It's just fun to make a case.

Fun fact! And something which actually works towards the battle's outcome. You know how wonder woman's powers come from the greek gods? 4th dimensional beings of incredible power? Well thr juggernaut's come from much the same, cytorak, the chaos demon. And entity capable of overwhelming galactus and shrinking him to a marble. And rouge once drained juggernaut of every drop of power he had.
That one's actually up in the air. Superman is reality warping resistant and has a similar foe in myxptlk. He's also broken a dimension myxzptlk made where the rule of reality is "superman loses". Adding myx is.... Probably stronger than the mask. To put it in perspective, darkseid breaks the multiverse just by existing in it or because he wants to even outside it. Most4th dimensional beings around around this. Mxy once depowered them all and turned them into a parody of a beer commercial
