Hey Eshan , I am joining Deakin in March 2024 , i had a doubt that do we have enroll our units in DeakinSync before coming to Aus or we can do it on orientation day?

Hey Ashutosh. You can enroll before coming in if you have the knowledge regarding your course and the core units. But it’s alright if you’re not too sure. What you can do is fix an appointment with a student central adviser and they will be able to guide you. You can visit the student central as well once you come down to the campus but sometimes you might lose out on a place in a particular unit due to high demand. Try booking an online appointment with a student central adviser if you can so that you can complete your enrolment before coming to the campus.

Hey Eashan❤ I'll be joining deakin res in T1 2024. Could you please make a room tour video for 2 bedroom apartments and how are roommates selected like if i am an international student than will i have only a international student roommate or it could be a domestic student as well?

Hey Eeshan, I am admitted into T2 2024, i have some queries related to accommodation, scholarship and some other queries regarding the arrangements for students under 18 as i would be under 18 for a few months when i join the Uni, would it be able for you to address these doubts via a video as there is not much info available about these , especially the arrangements for under 18 applicants

Hi Siddhi. Find a Deakin authorised agent and the agent will guide you with regards to your application, scholarship and visa formalities. The roommates are chosen on a random basis and you won’t know who they are until you move in. There are certain things you can opt for while filling the application form like quiet housing, same course roommates etc.
