Ive owned a hydroseeding buisness sience the 90s it all depends on the SEED difrent seed for difrent areas Ive put seed on trees fences etc and it grew my trailer looks like a parade float this stuff is junk proper hydroseeding works
Definitely a DUD I bought this thinking oh finally a product that the birds can't get. I'm still waiting on the grass weeks and weeks later. What a waste! It doesn't even spray out that green and stay like they make it look. It's more of a lawn feeder. Theirs must be very concentrated. This product is a bunch of crock.
This stuff is crap. Don't buy, and don't watch their rigged video. You get better results by buying a good quality grass for shade or high acidity soil depending on where you're planting it.
the stuff filled in patches on my lawn just fine... I tore up the ground I had and 12 days later a lot of my patches were filled in ... having to deal with this myself I'd say the person has some acidity issues in their dirt or the PH is wrong.. if the soil is not right grass won't grow no mystery here...
The seeds are probably junk. Try replacing the seeds with Jonathan Green or Pennington and maybe it will work. But at that point, just do it the old way.
Lmao just buy a 25 pound of grass seed and some peat moss and play sand. Lightly Water every night after a week it will be sprouted then get some cheap fertilizer high in nitrogen use just half of recommended amount. All under 20 bucks and your lawn will start to look like a golf course.
HE DID IT WRONG WHEN HE WAS USING IT HE SUPPOSE TO MIX THE CONTENT IN THE JAR THEN YOU GOT TO WAIT LIKE MINUTE BEFORE YOU USE IT CAUSE IT GOT TO MIX ITSELF THEN ADTER THE MINUTE IS UP THEN YOU CAN USE IT.I THINK THEY JUST RED IT WRONG
This stuff does work, this video would claim otherwise. But 1 thing you have to watch for is the seeds, im not sure what they use but most lawns in my neighborhood are Kentucky Bluegrass and you can really tell where the crappy grass has grown in. 3 waterings a day seems a bit excessive, they may have overwatered and killed off the grass. But i can definitely vouch for the stuff
Three times a day watering is excessive. The seed will constantly stay wet, mildew, and not grow. Also one must take into account the condition of the soil it is being applied to. If it is barren soil with no nutrients in it then nothing is going to grow there. Havent tried the product but have put seed in places where I needed it, watered as required and gotten nothing only to find that the soil didnt contain enough nutrients to support grass of any kind. This is when you need to add a nice layer of new top soil and be sure to fertilize as required. I do it once every 30 days with a Miracle Grow all purpose fertilizer, same stuff I feed to the roses.
strange.... highway departments and construction crews use this stuff all the time to coat overturned dirt after construction.... they used it on a new overpass near my house and after about 5 weeks it was lush green grass.
I ordered three jugs and waited a long time and they finally arrived, the jugs were crushed and none of them had seeds. I called their help line and the guy asked me if I got no seeds and told me to call my credit card. The other day I got another damaged package and no seeds. Bring your camera if you want a followup. I filed a case with PayPal.
