This is Tegen Robert's game from Deal or No Deal, first broadcast back in 22 September 2011. All rights belong to Channel 4 and Cheetah Television West.
Tegen is probably one of the most courageous girls, diagnosed with lymphoma at such a young age. It's tough to bear that sort of news when you're diagnosed with something so harsh, but her courage certainly does not falter. Congrats to her, and God bless her!
@@mariesahota1478 Thank you for sharing that with us in your response, Marie. I'm very happy to hear that your niece recovered, and may she continue to be happy, healthy and blessed
I come back every few years to watch this incredible performance by one of the most humble and courageous young ladies I have ever seen. I dont cry for many things in life.... but this gets me every time. Please dont ever take this video down.
she's such a sweetheart, really happy for her. quarter of a million is a great gift, but most importantly, she's cancer-free - that's a gift money can't buy. may God bless her further
I used to see this while in UK in the early 2000s. Lucky you even have a US and Egyptian version. We in India don't ! And can anyone beat Noel Edmonds in presentation ?
Well man I'd take that over the shitty new version of this show we have in France rn. He takes 1h30 mins to open 24 boxes, last monday's episode was "special" it lasted 5h and in the end the guy only won 1.5k quids.
I just love this program..Ussually my favourite player is the banker and i hope they will have the worst possible game..But for this game i am on Tegens side :D I just love the mistery revolving the banker.. Like an unseen evil villain :D
1000% agree the host is outstanding and everyone supports each other like family and so much emotional with their life stories I cry for every single story that hit the big one
One of the most emotional insane underdog stores i ever heard in a game show and for her to end up winning the big one definitely had me in tears CONGRATS SIS!!!!
🎉again Thku thku thku how I love this show.last time I saw it was so long ago.had to get rid of tv and a dear friend, many years later, have me this phone. I'm finding so many old shows that have been taken off our South African tv years ago. Thks for the memories
It's the most American thing ever that the diverse group of people with boxes got changed to a stage of super models. 😂😂😂 this version is so much more wholesome! ❤❤❤❤
77k offer at the end with 250k left. Hahaha, omg. It's unbelievable. Even when she has the safety net left. No clear-minded person takes that stupid offer.
This one is more profitable because they don't have to payoff fancy models and a giant set and the banker is actually smart in offering a number much lower than the avarage of the 2 boxes
I do hope you're joking. ¥5,000,000 is a little more than £34,300. Nowhere near the £250,000 the UK version offered, or the $1,000,000 the US version offered.
@@spncrbriggs At today's exchange rate, it's ¥129 in the pound. That makes the ¥5,000,000 equivalent to £38,785. I haven't missed anything. What you've pointed out is a decimal point. For comparison (at today's exchange rates): £250,000 = ¥32,221,600 $1,000,000 = ¥105,737,000
How does the contestant know what amount of money is inside the box even though they're looking behind it? Is there like a camera facing the box and the contestant looks on the screen maybe because the camera video transmits to the screen? I have no idea...
Wow, I've watched a few episodes of the American version of this show, and just wanted to see how the UK version is - could it be any more different?! This has a borderline sad atmosphere, and is so calm and slow. The American version is so high energy, loud and crazy. I normally prefer calmer versions of most shows, but maybe the US version of this show is a bit more watchable than this one. I don't really need all the sob stories and crying, and I don't really get all the friends/family holding the boxes there.
They're not friends/family really, they are future contestants. Each day a new person from the box-holders was chosen to play and that person was replaced with someone else. So everyone on there on stage has been there for about 26 episodes and will get their turn.
The people in the wings are all the future contestants, which helps create a real family atmosphere as by the time you get your go the others have got to know you very well. Maybe seems a bit slow but it was always such a great show and Noel created a real family environment.
It was an easy option....Tegan stood to lose 57k if the box was 20K....or win an extra 173K.....over 3times as much...on an even chance call. That was a maths obvious good risk.
I keep thinking that every once in a while they let someone win on purpose to keep it interesting. I keep thinking that Tegen knew she had 250.000. I really really hope Im wrong.
THIS IS ALL OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST REWARDS. THANK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR HEALING HER AND BLESSING YOUR DAUGHTER. GLORY TO GOD. IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST AMEN. GOOD CREATED GOOD AND LOVE. PRAISE THE LORD.
