Congrats on the 700k. Loneliness is something that is difficult to battle but I'm so proud of you for taking care of yourself. And sadly I'm not sure how much it helps you but know that your videos help me with loneliness. I would recommend editing outside in a cafe or something like that would help you feel less lonely and even make new friends! I work from home and I started doing that and it became so much fun for me to work now

I’m epileptic and after a seizure watching calming videos always calms me normally I watch gaming or something because I seem to notice vlogs or “what I eat in a days” can be either 1.To much 2. Unrealistic. But I’ve noticed your videos are very calming yet realistic. You show mistakes you show the cooking you show what you do and none of it is hectic so thank you so much for your content

Romaine Lettuce is a great veggie to have in your garden! My mom and I grow it and it just keeps on giving us yummy fresh leaves for weeks! Also herbs like basil, rosemary, chives, and dill are great too.

I'm glad to see you so open about how you are feeling even if I'm sorry you are feeling that way. Your videos bring such a great comfort to so many sometimes it's easy to forget that you are someone who craves their own comforts. I hope you continue to talk openly in the future about how you are feeling and just know it's okay not to feel happy all the time 😊 I also wanted to make a tiny suggestion for your chickpea salad sandwich at the beginning, I would try putting some black pepper and maybe some smoked paprika in there, that should give it some excitement without being too spicy or maybe instead of mustard try adding a little Sriracha to the mayo. Still has a kick but should taste delicious. Thank you for creating such a lovely safe space with beautiful content and I hope you feel better soon ♥️

Ensure shakes/drinks aren’t completely dairy free but are suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Idk how that works but from someone who *is* lactose intolerant and has an irritable bowel disease - I drink these fairly regularly and have no problems. They’re packed full of protein, vitamins and minerals. I think there’s even a high protein version as well. I love these for when I can’t eat for whatever reason, for after long walks (helps restore my potassium bc I also can’t eat bananas), or even just for a fairly tasty snack. The milk chocolate variety is pretty much the best. Never had the strawberry or coffee versions but the vanilla tastes like ass. The “clear” versions are also pretty good except for the apple. Hope this helps your protein shake journey 🥺

When I make tuna/chickpea salad sammies, I do: tuna or chickpeas, kewpie mayo, mustard, chopped dill pickles, chopped celery, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, sometimes dill or parsley if I have any, and either some lemon juice, vinegar, or pickle juice to add some acidity; I also leave my chickpeas moderately crushed so there's still some texture instead of it turning pasty :))

For everyone who feels lonely and is not sure how to try and make new friends : as adults we actually make friends just like kids ! At school (work), when doing hobbies and sport, and playing with your neighboors (I have no tips on how to socialize with neighboors tho, I never do outside of saying hello). So one way to make new friends (or at least to socialize) is to go to a sport class, or to any activity organized by associations or other things. If you have something you like to do, or would like to try, go to specialized store and you will probably find classes or workshops. You will meet people with a shared hobby, and that's easier to connect with someone this way than meeting a complete stranger in a bar (at least for me, I don't do bars and when I'm there is to be with people I already know, not meet strangers) ! You could also do some voluteering work or be active in an association and find people probably likeminded on at least one topic. Basic advice but I hope this can help ! (and if you have no idea which hobby to try, here are some of my favorites, because why not : dnd, yoga, horse-riding, knitting and learning languages) Take care !

I'm very lactose intolerant. Lactaid works perfectly for me with things like cheeses, yogurt, ice cream, sour cream, anything solid. But I still can't "drink" anything that is dairy. Not any milk at all or milk based drinks, even with Lactaid those things still give me problems.

Hey! Anikka! What you were using to smash your ingredients is an potato masher, it originated from Belgium, but in the dutch kitchen these are used a lot to make stampot! It is why it's so big it's meant to smash potatoes into mush!
