Wow what an amazing and inspirational video, very well filmed! Thank you so much, you’ve hit the nail on the head here. I was diagnosed 7 years ago but had symptoms 2 years before that. I struggle massively with anxiety. As per the nature of the disease I have ups and downs, it has and will continue to be a bumpy road. As a member of the hidden disabilities group at work my mission is to educate people. Just because you look ok it doesn’t mean you aren’t suffering with parasthesia like numbness and pins and needles. I probably look ok to people but I feel like I could fall over at any time. My MS Nurse is very wise, she says live for today because tomorrow is not promised for anyone. Keep going guys! ❤️❤️❤️

@Miss Dog Lover thanks for the amazing comment. Everyone copes differently with it all and I feel very blessed as I don't really suffer from any depression or anxiety and I think that makes it much easier for me to remain positive. I would love to be able to share out my positivity to people and help them that way but this is probably the closest I will get to that. I also agree with your nurse and this should go for everyone to enjoy each day as none of us really know how lucky we are until it is taken away. Thank you again 😁

My MS yep totally, make the most of today. My anxiety is much better at the moment luckily, I’ve felt a lot better since I started back on the vitamins, B12, D3 and Folic Acid. Highly recommend supplements. I get so bogged down in work I forget to look after myself and eat properly.

@ Whittney Yerace thanks for your nice comments. I'm sorry to hear it has took so long to find your diagnosis. Hopefully you can feel a bit of relief now though. I used to do some extreme sports too back in the day but I think old age not MS has stopped me doing stuff like that. Try different things and sure you will find many ways to still live on the wild side. I did a video about my early symptoms which you may have seen. Don't be scared, this is a new and exciting adventure and I'm sure you can take it head on. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nFVBzmLrwh0.html

Some cool editing there Ian, great video. I can very much relate to uncertainty especially as eight years ago I was at full power, and now I struggle to get down the garden and back. The future is a scary one for sure.

@Neil Bradley Thanks for watching mate and thanks for the kind words. Your current health is very distressing to see and I'm sure your positive attitude is going to help you in your recovery and I'm certain you will recover. I know your mobility has been bad before so just remember it can improve. I'm sure you will be running around soon enough. Also a super huge thank you for sharing my video. I have had more people subscribe today than ever before on this channel and I'm sure that's down to you so big thanks mate. I spent a lot of time on this video and I appreciate your help getting it out there.

My MS I know how much time and effort goes into the whole process mate, so I can really appreciate it. And I’m so happy you’ve had some more subs, that’s great news. My channel took ages to take off, but as soon as I went that 100 subs mark things seemed to speed up. Keep at it.
