We've had rain nearly every day for the past four weeks and it's exhausting. I bring my hanging baskets and containers onto the covered patio as needed, and even into my apartment, lol. For the taller plants in the garden, I use tomato stakes to tent those $5 Walmart plastic painter's covers. For the shorter plants, I turn over empty 1-gallon containers to cover the plants, and then use my lawn chairs to tent plastic over the entire area. It's working nicely -- my garden beds aren't soaked despite the lawn being oversaturated and squishy. I've been using your BYN fertilizer the past two weeks. I'm noticing most plants respond to it quickly (fast growth and lots of blooms), while a few other plants (Superbena verbena and lantana) seem to be unaffected, lol.

Man oh man….its been mostly rain and lousy weather for weeks in my zone (6B/7). What a WET spring. My supertunias are sad. Hopefully this lousy rain will let up eventually and the sun and drier weather will finally come. Glad I didn’t plant any superbells as I usually do - those really dislike constant wetness

I cant tell you how many times Ive moved my plants into my kitchen. Im ondering if it would be ok to put an industrial plastic bag over them when its taining so much. Would it hurt my plants.

Your video was so helpful at the right time with all this rain greatly appreciate it. I do have a question though …. They are expecting a couple nights here in Michigan to be in the 43 & 45! What do I do especially my garden ?Do the tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, need to be covered up . ?
