This was an excellent video Father! My 21 year old son Sean suffered from Depression and passed away from it 3 weeks before this video was made in 2018. I've been teaching the Catholic Faith in schools for the past 30 years , mostly High School at Notre Dame in Ajax Ontario Canada. I've had a very strong devotion to Our Lady and have prayed many Rosaries over many decades. I usually pray at least 3 Rosaries a day along with other forms of prayer. After Sean died , I started receiving some pretty amazing signal graces from Our Lady that she interceded for him at the hour of his death. In fact, I'm still receiving these graces to this very day. Your analogy of the brain being broken like a bone is very good one. Sean didn't fully know what he was doing, was in great emotional pain and was just trying to escape. He left a very touching apology note to his family which I consider his final act of contrition.
As a Catholic I do not feel you represent the majority of faithful when it comes to suicide. Whilst you put across valid points to suggest that those who have committed suicide as, “evil” and by talking about those who have committed suicide it does not encourage others to kill themselves. God loves everyone. The Mormons have made a better video which is less all over the place than yours. As somebody who has attempted suicide I certainly hope I am still human.
Train Maniacs I think it’s more of people saying that when you want to kill yourself it’s not you in a good mind l. Suicide is evil in a way it makes you want to kill yourself which 1 hurts god 2 hurts you and 3 hurts those around you I was thinking about killing myself today but I’m glad I didn’t it’s from hopelessness
