@JR-rv8ww exactly. Shift 2 is mainly like that. Like watch 2-3 hours into eu until end of eu and it's not bad. Like if there is a group in a convo they domt stack them and wait. They let them go and when the fight is over then they go in IFFF they have enough ppl at a good time. Shift 3 is very good about it. Shift 1 is okay until right before Shift 2 comes on and then all of Shift 2 is like HAWKS
One of the biggest issues is Nopixel has tried to limit every single thing you do in the server. If you enjoy something Nopixel won’t allow you to enjoy it too much. They have micro managed every single thing to try to make the content last for years but it’s also killing it imo.
Ngl the only wars that made sense and had a lore behind it was the Company vs Cypress war and the Admc vs CG war. Maybe even the Cg and Manor 1 day war but every other conflict has been either from crate, or bc someone stole from this unknown guy who happened to be apart of this crew or bc someone said something mean to this gang and it’s war lol.

Cuz Crane and his laws and cops think it's real life.. where doing anything gets them fined for all their money and then they have to start grinding again. And grinders literally get rewarded more than anyone. In 3.0 some of the richest people were the ones who had businesses.. and now every g6 grinder is a millionaire and there are 0 businesses and RP around it
there is hardly any conflict because fines just aren't worth it. If you get caught with a hot gun, you're out over 100k. Plus shit like guns and radios cost too much
I really don’t think that’s the main issue. It’s part of it but I just don’t think there’s any incentive or reason for gangs to fight unless it’s an ammo crate. Most wars have been over ego.

4.0 has been a major let down… we are a year in and people are leaving to try other things or bored. Even as a viewer it has seemed like the same thing every day. Certain people who create their own RP have still be fun to watch but others it’s like it’s just another day doing same thing. Cops cop so hard it’s real life and not a video game. Maybe me but I like a chill more RP server better than serious strict one. No Pixel is extremely strict
i mean for more than half the year you have a mayor and the chief justice try to weed out crime period, and you have cops that only know how to shoot. gangs biggest problem ain't with themselves, it's with the largest gang on the server, the PD.
Going down and getting caught once is like 100k in fines. Cops cant help but want to jump in and interfere in any gang shootout within 30 seconds Theres really no reasont to beef anyway because everybody gang has access to everything they need internally. DId I mention the PD sucks yet? Just for good measure, PD sucks
Events were awesome in 3.0 I remember when the Mandem and Ballas clutched up to get their Meth lab and having the ability to steal someone’s bench key also opened up a lot of RP.
Events were even better in 2.0. Actually felt like cinematic parts of stories that everyone enjoyed. You just don’t get anything wild and exciting anymore in 4.0
No conflict cause pd consistently is the biggest problem on the server and any time they want to get into wars pd 30 seconds in a fight come in gun blazing no warning and kill half the people. Just crazy on some no initiation sht 😭
That's not the reason I recall prior times when PD were consistently 3rd partying every fight almost instantly and after doing it enough times what always happens is both gangs start hating the PD more than each other and start turning on the PD and blast them together. That isn't happening now cause of scarcity of war essentials likes guns & armor plus high time and fines, the economics of war and grinding to get back all that you lost just doesn't make sense. The biggest issue with Nopixel is management, they don't want that kind of RP so they stack the deck for it to happen less often.
3.0 has been crazy focused on grind without much built into the game to increase RP. It’s actually crazy it’s been almost 9 months and there’s still no businesses that people were trying to set up day 1-2 outside of food stalls.

There's no problem with nopixel, maybe except scuffs. It's the characters/robo cops who think it's real life that is the problem. No matter how many events or new cool things koil and his dev team come up with and make, the result is going to be the same ass shit because of how other people tend to ruin the rp flow or how they react to what's happening in rp.
I think they forget that its Gta!! Where they only promote cop and civ rp. Where as they only give limited things to crims and nerf them continuously which has just not been fun to watch. Majority of audience watch only crims and crims not having fun just create bleh moments.
It is very simple why there is no conflict. Any and all of these things... There is nothing that 1 gang has, that another gang doesn't. There is nothing to fight for, so there is no reason for friction. The only potential thing to fight for is the Fent, but it is so far from worth engaging in, that it seems like most crims just stopped caring. The time in jail, and fines isn't worth it for petty squabbles that can be worked out with a few phone calls. The Crim side already gets so little consideration from the admins/management, that people don't want to jeopardize their spots over trivial conflict. There you go.
Theres been an insane number of gang wars actually for how recent guns have been available to everyone in the city lmao. Cops just make them not worth it by showing up and screaming at them mid shoot out to leave the area or get shot😂
Conflict is far too easy to shut down and just isn’t worth developing. Cops having all the power and zero consequences as well as having a mentality of going for the W instead of building the rp. Overinvested chatters making it stressful for every side. It’s one reason 4.0 has been soo dull.
honestly koil not playing full time and allowing the crane and the chosen council with moonmoon as mayor killed all rp in the server. if you notice the moment koil came back and got a feel for what was going on he completely changes the direction for the better. now koil changed the doj, the cops HC, and put medhi as mayor and everybody felt inspired. only for koil to disappear again and now andi jones and her little circle with kylie are killing the rp trying to be pushed by the group koil put in charge. ive said it forever you have to take the cancers completely out of command positions in order to change the culture. you can't remove kyle only to allow trav back in cuz its the same circle. in the end they ruin everything not beneficial to their group.
Nopixel is dying by end of this year I can see cg not coming bk for a while with prodigy how that is and no business in city for 8 months is mad and doj has more power then the mayor and u have two mayors one wants to do stuff and the other wants upd when in state law there two different counties don’t make sense I tell u now if no pixel don’t fix up it worst the 3.0 no wants to grind like nine to 5 job in game it not real life if they want to have real job then they would do a nine to five job streamers r there to entertain and make content

Should be fun to see how Prodigy cops do. So far, their rules seem to be very rp and content focused instead of gang mentality PD. It is fresh into the reset and update but I think the pd on NP has been super cooked to many times. The 6 gang members vs 40 pd members really makes shit unfun to watch on this server.
Funny how the jail times are what is killing everything people get punished for doing anything having to do 1 hour 30 mins for a shootout is fucking stupid
They tried to appease the redditors and their narratives of how their poor streamer who deserves the white list didn't get it.. and the ones who get it.. (cuz of the view count) don't deserve it. So they decided to make everything grinding dependent and without white lists.. and now there's nothing interesting left
The problem is there’s nothing worth fighting over. And if they do add something that makes gangs have conflict like turf expansion you will just have the weak gangs crying about the 3 strongest gangs having “shooters” and saying they don’t RP. I think the ammunition crates and fentanyl events gives gangs a chance to have fights that don’t drag into wars. But if the server actually wants conflict they need to add something worth having conflict for such as turf expansion or sabotaging other turf rep and stealing weed customers.
Nah aint no conflict on servers like that because the second your roleplay war starts the reddit war does everything it can to demonize every person involved to get them banned. Loads of good roleplayers last go round got a swell taste of that.
Perfect example is manor and cypress have conflicted soo many gangs but for war rp it can’t be consistent. Cops gate-keep that kind of rp with hefty fines and being involved too early. Minimal updates and lack of whitelist prevents rp unless it’s pvp. There’s a reason why most gangs have created pd characters because they’re the only ones that can create in for everyone else at the moment. NP L

The issue is all the literal whos that are let in with very little vetting. There are so many grinders that do not know how to rp and now the culture is shit in the server. Removing job whitelists was also a mistake.

Nopixel problems are simple all these apps are trash they limit mixing groups for heist and activities, getting rid of whitelist such as benches was such a bad idea the would make you think before going to war but if staff worried about abusing give who proved they know how to use it like pigeon who create amazing RP with it and not as a money press.
The problem is the devs is not playing the game especially koil if koil just play even for 1 week a month np would be so much better koil seems he doesn't give shit anymore tbh
The devs play the game. They just play cops or fake "crims" like Michael Simone who have never done any crime in game but pretends to be a criminal while being best friends with the cops who will act like hes Jesus Christ.
The PD on nopixel go out of their way to work around the things put in place to try and balance the crims and pd. When you add the crazy fines and soft ban jail times you end up where NP is at currently.
There's no conflict between gangs because every gang except the usual shooter gangs are counting their guns. Also, to get armour which wins fights only the immune from ban gangs entertain robbing cops. Don't even talk about the armour crates where 5 gangs turn up as well as the cops so the likelihood of you even getting the supplies out and safe are slim to none. You also have to deal with the offline Andy's who are clearly meta gaming. NoPixel 4.0 is overall pretty terrible from the gpu grinding to the pathetic death stumbling which instantly disables you.
This how you fix NP get rid of crafting get rid of this hand holding mentality make guns and armor more accessible for crims so they can stop loot boxing fix the housing or add more property make weed different and also bring back weed runs
no pixel need that skill tree thing for example if u can craft guns u can't craft ammo or thermite ect, if u pick civ tree u can own a store front but can't craft shit. that why everyone in server can't do everything u have to special in stuff and it's linked to gang turf/rep. not 4head can be gun linked, future ammo linked, lovemore civ linked. then people would need make deals and rp with others. i do think koil did this to prove a point when people was complaining about people having the bench and some others not having it. so he made everyone have it and people see how it does not really work.
4.0 ended so far because lack of morals and management, everyone wants to be the winner in the fight to defeat a gang at all costs, forgetting that the game is actually about having fun DEV chillin behind Bars doing lazy getting freee money fck the content :D dying server they have years of experience but can't change it, instead it becomes worse, ruin the situation L RP "whats the goals if u guys stream become weirdo RP i dont get it so far on they/them tryin build own ur self"
It’s funny seeing people solely blame the cops when the true reason nopixel sucks is all the serious rp from both sides. You got actually funny streamers like Spaceboy not playing much because Crim characters do some much serious Rp that the Cops are forced to play serious, even when they play with characters like James Randall. All this Marshall, Courtroom, Mayor Rp is making Nopixel way too serious.

No pixel devs are dumb thats why, They dont fix bugs, The de sync has been bad for years, They dont help the growth, They accept shit applications just to fill a quota, 30% of the server cant RP, The server has turned into a game of Cops and robbers, Cops also kill allot of RP scenarios, The only reason that server is still big is because of certain groups that keep the RP going, for example CG and the Clowns.

Wjat ove said for the last 6+ months is that they need to stset takimg advice or at least good input from larger streamers. Bwcause with comes more views if it happens then. Like say they took the top 100 streamers and said "give me 5 things that the server coukd do to make it better" and say if 60 of them all said the same thing you do it or makenit work in a way that they all said about. Or just take those things and find out whats best from those things. They domt do that now. I mean they do but its more within a group(like manor likes conflict but another groups like cypress doesnt so its kind of a click thing) but if you take the top 100 those clicks wont happen since there wont be more than 5ish ppl actually in a group/gang. Its just a good way to get feedback and also grow.

That’s literally been like that forever and isn’t the key problem. The key problem is how easy it is for certain factors mainly on the pd side in making it soo easy to stop the conflict.
Let me tell you one thing no pixel is a good server compared to others but the problem is the people,admins when they don't want to people rp and more cares about grind , pvp , w Chase, collecting evidence etc. End of the day those who create good rp they get shut down and it is what it is .
