I’m just a poor old BBQ and local gathering joint owner. Dean bought the farm across the road from me a few years back. We first became friends and then we became like “brothers from a different mother “ 😎. He’s treated me like family and allowed me into a world with some of my all time favorite artists that I never dreamed I would ever see. He’s my hero, my friend, and my brother. Luv y’all bro

Love you Dean Dillon! No one more deserving. George Strait is my hero and my favorite since 1981. Then I learned about you and your song writing and it made me so great full that y’all crossed paths. Y’all both made my life better and it was both of you. Your talent is unmatched. You have written the greatest songs I have ever heard and had the greatest singer interpret them for you. There will never be a duo like Dean Dillion and George Strait ever, god made the perfect pair! Congrats you are where you belong a legend.

i would like to say. that they should consider KEITH WHITLEY for the hall of fame. if he had not died i think that he would have been a superstar. loved his music . and oh what a voice. he did my kind of country music. keeping it country the best music ever. im glad they nominated you too dean dillon. master song writer of real country songs. thats what country music is lacking today i think. i only need my c d player in truck now. no radio.
