(Read Full Description!) This is a non-linear music video about the relationship between Dean and Jo on "Supernatural," and how they are separated by death.
We really wanted to get inside of Dean's head. The ocean is both literally how deep their love is for each other and the barrier between heaven and earth, I guess you could say! We know it's depressing, but we also wanted it to have a hopeful feeling. Since we're total romantics, we'll imagine that they'll "make it" together on "the other side." Love can conquer anything, even death!

Oh, my God. I love this so much. I'm sorry for comparing this to Vampire diaries but Dean and Jo's lovestory reminds me of Klaus and Caroline's. The big bad hunter/vamp falling for the small, adorable, undeniably tough younger hunter/vamp. Perfect video and perfect song. Their love really was an ocean wide.

Beautiful. I was never really a Dean/Jo shipper, but Jo grew on me and I must admit I was sad to see her and Ellen go. Really lovely video. Brilliantly put together to a gorgeous song.

Supernatural classic and thank you so much for sharing!! At least they acknowledged the true depth of there relationship & Joe is Dean's heart. Thank you! It was a sad episode. Probably the saddest of all the episodes. Just my opinion of course. I agree that Jo was the only one to tame Dean's heart. I still would love them to come back in some capacity though, but not bringing them back to life because that would ruin the impact of this episode. I still want Dean and Jo as endgame because I very much expect Dean to die in the end. I know, I'm crazy, but I've always thought that would be how the show ended! Thanks for watching.

This video is beautiful! It makes the loss of Jo a tiny bit more bearable. I instantly favorited this. I loved all of your Moonlight vids, but Supernatural is my absolute favorite show, and this made me happy (and oh so sad!). RIP Jo and Ellen...I really hope to see them in some form or another later. Jo was really the only one who understood the world Dean lived in.

They're never "really" together. Their feelings are always there on the surface but never really spoken about. It's implied in her last episode in season two that he's not going to call her because he doesn't want her to get hurt, and that she's going to be off doing her own thing. She eventually joins back up with her mother and reunites with Dean in season 5.

Ugh! I Loved Jo! I would watch the episodes and be like "Wheres Jo? Jo needs to be a bigger part of the show!" then when i saw she dies, iwas like seriously, and well, then started crying my head off

This is such a beautiful and bittersweet video and the song is perfect for the video and it's clips. I really miss the Harvelles especially Jo and hope somehow they will return on the show.

Yeah, I agree. Jo was different from all the other girls Dean knew. In many ways she was like his mother. She actually kind of reminds me of Eowyn. :) Well anyway, thank you!

Beautiful vid! I love it :D. And I just wanna say that in one of the interviews Jensen said that he thinks they will "go out in a blaze of glory", so maybe this will be the ending of SN:(

Thanks for the info. And yes with Supernatural anything is possible. I mean, I guess what we mean about angels is not like a Castiel angel, but someone who dies and goes to heaven. A spirit I guess. Dean mentions "the other side" now and Meg mentions the plan to takeover heaven in this episode. I wonder if that will come into play? That would be a cool way to bring Jo, Ellen, and their father back. I guess I would assume they would go to "heaven." Could be part of Kripke's plans. We'll see. :)

Aw thanks! I hope Jo comes back too! She could be an angel, or they could show us her on the other side. The only realistic way they could bring her back alive on SPN in my opinion without taking away the impact of her sacrificial death is if God himself brings her back! But yeah, it's supernatural, so anything is possible! We can always hope! Thanks for the comment.

You forgot that Sam had also died before and that's the reason why Dean died in the first place and both of them are equally the main charaters, but lately the show have focused more on Dean now and Dean already told Lucifer that he'll find away to kill him, but if Lucifer takes controll of Sam then the only way for Dean to kill Lucifer is to kill Sam and Lucifer already said that Sam is gonna say yes within six months and six months is when the season or series finale is.

That episode is from season 2 episode 13. It's called "Houses Of The Holy." It's a good episode. That young priest thought he was an angel, but when Sam did a spell in the church to see if an angel was trying to tell him to kill that one dude or was it that priest that got murdered like Dean said it was, it turned out it was the priest and the older priest told him that people can't be angels. But anyways this is Supernatural so anything is possible. Just too bad they killed off Ellen and Jo.

I doubt they will bring her back either. BUT I do think that they could. It would be easy to come up with an interesting way, and I honestly believe she has more fans than is sometimes represented. Just look at how popular Jo videos are right now. As for the angel thing, I don't remember the episode, I'd have to re-watch. BUT, people still go to heaven on this show, so it would be interesting to see if they ever "go there." We've seen hell already, so... :)

I think Sam will find the redemption in the end he seeks, partially due to Dean. Now, this is just a theory, but based on evidence over the seasons this is possible. I just don't see Sam dying while he's Lucifer. If he dies, they'll find a way to save him from that. Also, this is all dependent on whether or not they end the show this season or drag it out b/c of the CW. I hope they let Kripke end it the way he wants!!! Whatever the ending is, I'm sure it will be good.

Have anyone heard the great news? The CW finally confirmed that Supernatural will be coming back for a 6th season due to higher ratings, but Eric Kripke isn't coming back as showrunner. I wonder who's gonna be the villian for next season who's actually worse than Lucifer?

I don't know. I thought the saddest episode of the entire series was Swan Song! Then after that Death's Door! Abandon All Hope was still sad though.

Yeah, my sister and I both see Dean's death as a possibility. He has already died and could be on borrowed time. It's possible the show will end where it started, with Sam having a normal life. If you watch the first episode Sam is set up as the protagonist. Also, in a few religions people believe that Michael and Jesus are the same. Since Dean is Michael's vessel, it's possible that Dean could be symbolic of Christ this season, and therefore could be willing to die for his brother. Continuing..

Really? No one has stated that? I really think it plausible for the show to begin where it started with Sam. I think it would make for good writing. I just don't find it very hopeful for Dean to kill Sam, so I'm hoping that doesn't happen. Seems too obvious. But, like you, I think whatever the ending, Kripke will do a good job with it. And you can take my theory over. That's fine! And I'll try to remember to let you know when we do our next Supernatural video. :)

No, I haven't forgot. I just think, my personal opinion that is, is that Dean will be the one to die. I believe that it would be more enjoyable to watch Dean die and sacrifice himself to save Sam and his soul, rather than Sam getting no redemption, saying yes to the devil, and Dean having to kill him for the ending. Anyway, I think we will have to agree to disagree on this one. Good talking to you though!

Well she can't be an Angel because humans can't be Angels. They said that on one of the episodes from the second season. The one where people believed an Angel tell them to kill people when it was actually a priest that got murdered. I doubt they gonna bring her back anyways because the character got nagative reaction from fans and mixed reviews from critics. I don't know why. I thought Dean and Jo would've made a great couple.

I think Amber (this is Autumn) was just thinking possibilities. BUT, perhaps the angels thing could be open to interpretation, such as differing levels of angels, especially since God is missing and most angels can't be trusted. Not to mention that everyone dies on this show. Anyway, just a thought. I don't think they'll bring her back either, but since her death, the reaction has been more positive. Not that Kripke should have pandered to the loudest fans to begin with. I LOVE Dean/Jo.

Really? You think Dean is gonna die on the final episode? I think Sam's gonna be the one who dies on the series finale. I think Sam's gonna say yes to Lucifer and Dean gonna have to kill Sam like his father told him he might have to do. His father always told him that he either have to save Sam or kill him. The only way for Dean to kill Lucifer is to kill Sam. That seems like a great way to end the show, but I don't think Dean's gonna die.
