I've been stuck in my own "Falling Up" lately & it's such a mind f* when you realize it. Personally I've felt nuts lost in my own head, but professionally I've kicking butt! Really liked the mental vs professional work aspect that you put into the song title. I always look forward to bad moments oddly enough bc I find comfort in knowing that around the corner is a good moment bc that's how life always is. There really is a beauty in the pain we go through and to see how we get through them to become who we're meant to be is the best part of growing up. Love this. Now slow down & enjoy the small moments that make life great. Don't let yourself miss out on the best parts.

When I listen to his music it helps me escape from reality because at the moment life is challenging but when I put my AirPods in and put Dean Lewis on it’s like I’m in a completely different world

When we do our profession with honesty, one negative comment really hurts in a sea of good as you have said. Just can't walk away from that mentally. But got to learn that we have no control over the external sources, but look within and find happiness and live in the moment!

This is an amazing song and mini-documentary. My therapist asked me to choose a song that I felt represented me and I chose this song because every time I reach a goal, I don't take time to celebrate, I just move the bar higher and start working again and it has definitely caused burn out. This song speaks to me on a spiritual level.

Your so relatable. It really is so easy to get stuck on the one negative thing, even when every thing else is great. That’s a big thing I’ve been working on in my own life. Your such an inspiration to me!

I had been really struggling with my mental health the past year - I was such a confident person, who would love to perform in front of loads of people and wouldn't get nervous. However Covid hit and I developed sever anxiety and then with other factors, it snowballed into developing low mood/depression on top of that. It has been so hard to navigate but I can't thank you enough for your music, it has helped me get through so many bad days and help me drown everything out for a while. Your lyrics in the pre chorus like you said really do resonate with people - that is one bit that I particularly found I was able to release too. To share the few artists music that has got me through a lot (yourself, Ben Platt & Aeden Alvarez) and to help my mental health I filmed some dance videos to try keep my love of performing thriving on my bad days and to enjoy your music even more. You have seen one to falling up(sadly my comments weren't enabled so you replied to my original comment on your vid directly so you might not remember) I made another one not too long ago to your song waves that I would love for you to see!! . I hope you are safe and well, thankyou for everything - can't put into words how grateful I am.
