This needs to be shared; with all the people that passed in the last 2yrs, its a gem of great tools to remember💜when you become a griever, its hard to focus on the process when there’s so much left undone that you must finish for your loved one. I’m finally working on grieving;dad’s life is worthy of the space and time to grieve🙏🏻

I lost my mother and 2 best friends all within year. I came across this album looking for sad songs to drown in my misery. Omg, so inspiring 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 It helped me see myself from a different perspective and with that I learned to heal my hurt. I've been passing it along to anyone I know that needs some inspiration. Thank you Major for sharing your gift🎉🎉🎉🙏🏿

Thank you for this. I am grieving the loss of my son. He was murdered in 2018. He was only 18. I miss him so much. I am grieving the loss of my mother. She died in 1997. She had MS. I miss them both do very much.

Man I get panic attacks just trying to leave my home I touch the door knob and all the pain hits. I love someone that calls me negative, a life sucker, a lil bitch. And most say oh why would you still love this person. Simple, pain comes in all forms. 😔 We tend to get mad or ignore people when they say things we don't want to hear. I feel transparency is a form of love. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Now am I depressed, stressed, mourning yes. I lost alot of cherished people. I fight everyday now trying not to loose myself.
