Whenever ancient medicinal methods work they are properly given credit. For example 2015 Nobel Prize was given to a Chinese Medicine practitioner for her work. Though she was equipped with modern scientific methods to understand the molecular structure of the herbs she used to cure malaria and it was also revealed that supernatural forces they mention in their Chinese medicine books had no role to play in the curing process. Also actual medical practitioners have been warning people against all ill habits they follow from drinking soft drinks up to not sleeping enough. However people like you only tend to follow it when it is coated with some quackery. As far as the commercial products go they are crappy and it is not because of science but because of people who run the businesses and that applies also to the alternative medicine scenario. Patanjali products are not of the highest quality and you can check it anytime. Sugar is substituted for honey and what not is done to earn an extra buck.

I know it's a joke But still need to clear this Dentistry involves doing procedure in patient's mouth,using rotary instruments which causes aerosol production,which increases the risk of transmission of this COVID virus multiple times so if your dentist gets infected(which is super easy because of proximity to his patient) you all will get infected and blame the dentist. And one more thing so so many dentists have done COVID duties.
