@@victorialim i found my old comment on this video and rewatched it (2+ years later) and i gotta say, now that i'm an upperclassman i understand the reasoning behind your advice much more personally... but i took it very much to heart and have roped my friends into enjoying the little things and being campus squirrel enthusiasts with me :) also it's funny that now i recognize pretty much every location you featured here whereas when i first watched this i had never even been to new haven . hope you're doing well

I'm sorry :( I've been busy studying for college tests here in Ecuador, but I got in to the college I wanted it :) Of course Yale was my dream school, but it was a bit complicated to have all the requirements :( Y muchísimas gracias, espero que tú y tú familia estén muy bien, cuídate mucho

thank you for your kind words :) at Yale the rooms are allotted on a lottery system so if you’re unlucky you will have a (or even 2) roommates, but I was fortunate to always get a single room and then I moved off campus in my third year. It’s very easy to be alone at Yale - in fact would say is harder to find community. Hope this answers!

Hi, if I recall correctly about 1-1.5 months after the application! Unfortunately interviews ARE a part of the process :( so if you don’t get one it may be a bad sign ... I’m not 100% sure though !
Dear Victoria! I loved all your videos. I have one question: I have applied to harvard university for theatre program. I have excellent drama skills but have a low gpa. Can you please tell me whether grades would matter for theatre program! ( I am good, really good in drama )
Hi Yash -- I think grade always matter, because the application is holistic. You can still try your hand at it, but if your GPA is much lower than the average Harvard student, it might be a tough shot. Check if your GPA falls within the range of GPAs that Harvard admits per year (you can google this)! However there's still a chance you can make it if your portfolio is indeed great. All the best :)
@@victorialim thank you for replying! In India we don't have a gpa system, so my teacher only submitted my performance card instead of gpa. Would it make a difference? Please answer
