I feel like it's acceptable to have a 2nd baby shower if your 2nd child is a different gender than the first, other than that you on your own🤣 - Sincerely your single friend who ain't got money for all those gifts if you wanna have 5 or 6 baby showers

In Philly ppl BBQ all year round. I smell BBQ New years day, Superbowl Sundays♨️ . Any day is an excuse to fire up the grill. And it's cold up here to those times of the year..
@@kikilicious99 Maybe it's a difference in terminology. Where I'm from, the cooking may be prepared on a grill on any day, but we consider "a BBQ" or "cookout" to be when people are invited over to eat said morsels outside, like a small party or get-together.
@@keeping_youaccountable1 That's still excessive. You get 1 baby shower. Maybe 2 if your next baby is a different sex or you had kids many years apart and are basically starting over from scratch.
These ig baby showers got ppl messed up thinking u supposed to give lavish gifts in an over the top fashion. And then some folks think ppl just supposed to give them stuff for getting pregnant 🙄

I'm not even going to a baby shower for a third kid. By that time you got plenty hand me downs whether from your own pockets or others. Yall decided to have another kid go to the store and buy what you want for YOUR kid then if you dont like it. Coming from a mother of 3
